GoogleThe team at Fletchers were outstanding from start to finish on my recent flat sale. We were originally listed with another agent who had delivered zero offers for us, were hopeless at giving timely and constructive feedback and made little progress in the sale of our property in months. Jack proactively reached out and because of that we decided to let them market the flat as well. They showed up the other agent at every step of the way; from the onboarding, the communication, the number of viewings, and ultimately the offer we needed. Our main negotiator Ema was EXCEPTIONAL and there were several times our sale might not have gone through if it wasn’t for her perseverance, tenacity and experience. I was grateful to have her in our corner and would recommend her to absolutely everyone. She hustled, she was responsive, she never dodged one of my 102039955 calls and I am so grateful to her for all of her help. I’ve often thought I’d like to be an estate agent, but this experience has taught me just how difficult the entire process is and definitely something best left to the experts! Fletchers are the experts! Thank you Ema and team. We’re truly grateful.

GoogleI cannot recommend Fletchers strongly enough to people selling their home, My flat has been on the market for 6 months with another agent. I had had over 30 viewings ,without a single offer. My original agent was also suggesting I lowered the price of my flat by about 20k. I was feeling pretty despondent. Until one day as I was walking home I noticed a Fletchers sign with SOLD emblazoned across it, as I walked into my block and I realised they must have sold one of my neighbours flats. So I called them and spoke to the lovely Jacob to ask if they could help me too. I am so happy I did! My flat went under offer on the FIRST viewing with them. They have been absolutely amazing throughout the conveyancing process which unfortunately in my case became extremely complicated by two third parties. Without Jack and his team, I genuinely do not think my flat sale would have gone through. He has been incredibly supportive, on hand, responsive, proactive, understanding, knowledgeable and just brilliant throughout AND they have sold my price of the asking price. If you want to sell your home, look no further. Fletchers really the BEST. Thank you for everything Jack and Jacob. I am hugely grateful to you and hope the buyer will be very happy in his new home!
