GoogleExcellent customer service! I've had a couple of sticky situations (burner dying on New Years Eve e.g.) and they responded immediately to help solve the problem. They've been lovely to deal with on all fronts.

GoogleWe were moving to Oxford from overseas, and Finders Keepers was especially helpful with sending us a video of our property, and helping us through all the confusing details. Since then we've been really happy with their service. Any concern is dealt with in a friendly, prompt, and professional manner. Both Connie and Kate are great to work with.

GoogleWe've been really impressed with Finders Keepers. When we were moving to Oxford we contacted other rental agencies, but had problems with them not replying to us, or taking too long to respond. We went with Finders Keepers because of their commitment to helping us find a place, and have been happy with them ever since. Our manager Connie is great to work with and quickly answers any questions and deals with any issues.

GoogleAs first time landlords we were unsure of the procedure and process when we first came to FKSL, we needn’t have worried. The knowledge of the team is vast, and they are always willing to advise on matters and help when necessary. We currently have our fourth group of tenants sourced by them, with our property having let each time within hours of being on the market. Would highly recommend.

GoogleI worked in FKSL over the summer of 2019, it was a great place to work. The team are lovely and really know there stuff. Even though it was very busy during the summer they still made time to show me the ropes. I am now working for Finders Keepers full time. I recommend the summer help job. Toby Ford

GoogleFK staff have been very helpful throughout our tenancy, particularly Connie. She always answers our calls and emails promptly and cares about tenants' experiences. Unfortunately, we had a landlord who was very reluctant to make repairs and severe damp in the house which I suppose is out of the control of FK. They tried many, many times to encourage the landlord to take action and required a new damp survey be completed. I would also say that moving in wasn't the best experience and we felt the property wasn't cleaned to a high standard. This could be improved.

GoogleI have been renting flats through agencies for years. FK is by far the best I have dealt with. Easy process, very responsive, efficient and not flaky! Anything I have needed was dealt with immediately and is there was any dealy, I was kept informed. Kudos to Connie and Sadie!!

GoogleI rented an apartment with Finders Keepers in Oxford. The flat was brand new and in perfect conditions. When I have notified to the property manager some minor issues with the apartment, she has quickly sent someone to fix them. Overall I had a good experience with this agency and I recommend it.
