An inspirational organisation and I am extremely fortunate to have spent the day as their guest. Frank, I thank you.

My experience with Finders Keepers on Park End Street was well above my expectations. When I saw the house I immediately fell in love with it, but I had 3 pets and knew this would be a problem. The staff at Finders Keepers said they would talk to the landlord, but I had little hope. Thanks to their efforts, I'm now living in that house with my pets.

Very professional and friendly staff, but most of all they will go the “extra mile” for you.

Helpful and sound advice (I'm a tenant) from a really professional team. I usually dread renting as quite often agents can be tricky but these guys really were different and actually went out of their way to help me find and rent a decent flat in Oxford.

I had a great experience with Finders Keepers LTd. The company's staff are very friendly and welcoming. They always respond very quickly on my questions and always are ready to help me with any problem. The process of finding an apartment and the interactions during my stay leaves only positive emotions.

Fantastic service from the word go. Fast and professional, all the staff were friendly and willing to help. Upon moving in the property manager was very accommodating and would deal with any issues or queries with much haste and would always keep me informed of the progress regarding any of my concerns. My best experience of using a letting agent in the U.K.

My experience with this estate agent has been terrible. I found my ideal flat with them. I was ready to take it there and then. I was put off paying, told "Just take the weekend and call us Monday morning to make the payment" - I asked "wouldn't I risk losing the property doing this?", but I was assured I wouldn't. Come Monday morning I find out they'd convinced the landlord to take another couple who went to view the property after me. They'd apparently 'presented' my case to the Landlord and he'd rejected me in favour of this other couple. Aside from that I have no idea how they could have possibly presented my case to the landlord without actually establishing my situation first, I was told that I should have put in a bid, back when I first went to see it, to have secured it.... ...left speechless. I won't be using this estate agent again.
