We've had very good experience with Finders Keepers throughout our stay in Oxford. They were fair and swift in communication, were understanding when we needed to extend our stay during the Covid crisis several times, and they told us exactly what we needed to do with regards to house cleaning (so there were financial penalties taken out of the deposit at the end etc.).

Their virtual launch system failed after spending 4 hours on hold listening to jarring music. They then never called me back even though I was high up in the queue. When I rang up they were rude and confrontational on the phone. Really poor service would not recommend.

We're currently in our second Finders Keepers managed property and have nothing but nice words to say! They've been very helpful, responsive and overall the most tenant-oriented team we've found here in Oxford. From the first viewing to solving serious problems, they will be there to help and best acommodate your needs. You don't feel like 'just another contract' with them, but an actual human whose needs are met with extreme proffesionalism. They're job isn't over once you've signed and they really do take things next-level during your lease. We chose to stick with them on our second tenancy due to the great job they did with our first. We have Connie as our property manager since our first place, and i couldn't be more grateful for all the quick replies,clarifications and help she's given us with everything we've needed over these many months. She has been very quick to solve everything that came up and we couldn't ask for more from her and the team! Highly recommend for hassle and stress- free stay in this city!

The major problems with the house still haven’t been fixed (broken freezer and a number of other household appliances, stained mattresses etc) have contacted Tom Bonafoux endless times. At best he ignores the contact. At worse he is patronising and does nothing. We have now been waiting for 11 weeks! Do not use
