GoogleFenn Wright have recently sold my property and the service they have given has been first class from start to finish. The team at Manningtree are all efficient, professional and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend them to anyone seeking to sell their property.

GoogleWe sold and purchased using Fenn Wright Manningtree and I cannot recommend this estate agency highly enough. We were kept informed at all times, updated on progress and advised accordingly as and when different situations occurred (as they do in the buying and selling process). Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel like every call and enquiry were welcome, and explanations of processes given at each stage as and when required. We encountered one or two issues with our seller's estate agent (another company in the village) which eventually began to impact on the entire process; Fenn Wright advised us accordingly and we were able to resolve their issues (even though it was not Fenn Wright's responsibility to do so!). They did everything they could to meet a deadline we had in mind, and I am delighted to say we exchanged and completed very quickly once ready. We have continued to seek their advice and guidance with regards to future purchases since we envisage another move in a few years, they have been happy to advise accordingly and remain friendly and approachable beyond our relationship with the purchase and sale. I have no hesitation recommending Tony and his team at Fenn Wright Manningtree.

All the team were efficient and professional throughout but regular updates and chasing all parties by Jacky Terry were instrumental in moving the sale through to completion. Attention to detail and sensible advice resulted in a multiple viewings and soon produced offers. We would not hesitate in recommending them and using them again.

GoogleRented accommodation through Fenn Wright, great at the beginning. When it came to the end of tenancy, nightmare, was given incorrect information several times. After being put through to 3 offices across the UK I am still awaiting for the actual responce.

David gave us an honest assessment of Chelmsford and steered us to those parts of the city that best fitted our needs, rather than push endless property specs at us. We did manage to find a property through David and Fenn Wright and were very happy with how he also dealt with the sale process. Thanks

GoogleFirst Class. My faith in Estate Agents has been restored. They are worth every penny and more of their commission. If I have called them for help or advice, they are more than happy to help, and if I leave a message, they always call me straight back. But more than that, they were calling me with updates and chasing other parties without me having to request. I can't thank the team at Fenn Wright Chelmsford enough for their help and support. I would recommend them to anyone. They are outstanding.

GoogleI bought a house in November and Fenn Wright were very professional and friendly. At one stage it looked like the Chain would fall apart but with their guidance and help we managed to renegotiate and the sale went through. I relied on them heavily throughout the process to liaise with the various parties and they were hardworking and attentive at all times. I would not hesitate to recommend.

GoogleThe team at Fenn Wright Chelmsford are all totally professional, helpful and efficient. I was impressed at their handling of my sale which completed in December, liaising with all parties and dealing with all issues confidently and knowledgeably. No call or query ever went unanswered and potentially stressful situations were resolved by their expert guidance. My son bought his property through them 12 months earlier and was equally impressed.
