GoogleSome of the service was very good, Josh and Claudia were particularly helpful and honest. Unfortunately the rest of the company let me down many times when both buying and selling so I wouldn't recommend them for the premium price you pay for their services

GoogleIf you really want to sell your house these are the people to use! They know the market, price realistically and once there is an offer keep in touch with you at every turn to let you know how things are progressing. Really recommend them!

GoogleCouldn't have had better service. All advice given was sound, and my house was sold very quickly. I moved out before completion, and everything related to that was handled extremely efficiently. Definitely would recommend.

GoogleAll the team were efficient and professional throughout but regular updates and chasing all parties by Jacky Terry were instrumental in moving the sale through to completion. Attention to detail and sensible advice resulted in a multiple viewings and soon produced offers. We would not hesitate in recommending them and using them again.

GooglePurchased from Fenn Wright and found all team members helpful, they understood I was a first time buyer and helped me from the initial viewing to completion. Called and emailed me details, followed up viewing and suggested others properties worth considering. There was no pressure to use certain solicitors or mortgage broker. They gave me guidance when required and managed expectations, listened to concerns raised after survey and assisted with obtaining relevant reports from trusted professionals. If I was to sell I would have no hesitation in using them, they gave honest and fair advice, Jason was great. My situation recently changed so I looked at renting my property with Fenn Wright who gave sound advice and let my property quickly, thanks to Jess and her team. I would definitely recommend Fenn Wright, they provide an excellent service, very personable and certainly changed my opinion of estate agents.

GoogleFenn Wright advised a tenant there is a parking space right opposite my double garage door 🤔 make your own mind up as to their motivation for income ..cos I struggle to get out of my garage ..but they got their let ....in law that is a private nuisance and i will be pursuing my case .. …

GoogleI believe the agent who helped us find a place in Manningtree was called Paul and he was absolutely brilliant. He wasn't pushy, he didn't rush us when we went to view the place. As a matter of fact, he actually let us go and view the place on our own, which was a lot more comfortable - less pressure. Also, he adapted our needs and met our expectations.

GoogleWe sold and purchased using Fenn Wright Manningtree and I cannot recommend this estate agency highly enough. We were kept informed at all times, updated on progress and advised accordingly as and when different situations occurred (as they do in the buying and selling process). Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel like every call and enquiry were welcome, and explanations of processes given at each stage as and when required. We encountered one or two issues with our seller's estate agent (another company in the village) which eventually began to impact on the entire process; Fenn Wright advised us accordingly and we were able to resolve their issues (even though it was not Fenn Wright's responsibility to do so!). They did everything they could to meet a deadline we had in mind, and I am delighted to say we exchanged and completed very quickly once ready. We have continued to seek their advice and guidance with regards to future purchases since we envisage another move in a few years, they have been happy to advise accordingly and remain friendly and approachable beyond our relationship with the purchase and sale. I have no hesitation recommending Tony and his team at Fenn Wright Manningtree.
