GoogleWe have dealt with Jon Barker over the past 4 years as first and now 2nd property landlords. He gave excellent advice at all stages of the purchase process taking the time to listen to and understand our requirements. His colleagues giving weekly updates on the process. Jon goes above and beyond the expected level of customer service even visiting a property with us on which we asked for his advice regarding the suitability for the rental market even thought this was not a Fenn Wright sale. The property we decided upon was purchased via Fenn Wright with tenants in situ. We would highly recommend Jon and his Colchester team.

GoogleExcellent service from fenn Wright The whole move went very smoothly from beginning to end. We were full informed every step of the way and the service provided was excellent. Fenn Wright go that extra step, doing all the viewings and answering any questions honestly, any queries were answered quickly . This was brilliant and took all the worry away from my elderly mother and helped us immensely. I don't like agents that fob you off aren't honest with you. James and Kirsty went that extra mile . I would strongly recommend them if you are moving home.

GoogleWe purchased a house through Fenn Wright Colchester, and the service was faultless. We were called weekly with updates on the chain and they went above and beyond to ensure that we felt looked after from start to finish. A service that was both professional and personable - we would highly recommend Fenn Wright as an estate agency for anyone selling or purchasing a property. In particular one member of staff, Kirsty, was absolutely brilliant, always there to help and nothing was too much trouble.

GoogleFenn Wright advised a tenant there is a parking space right opposite my double garage door 🤔 make your own mind up as to their motivation for income ..cos I struggle to get out of my garage ..but they got their let ....in law that is a private nuisance and i will be pursuing my case .. …

GoogleI believe the agent who helped us find a place in Manningtree was called Paul and he was absolutely brilliant. He wasn't pushy, he didn't rush us when we went to view the place. As a matter of fact, he actually let us go and view the place on our own, which was a lot more comfortable - less pressure. Also, he adapted our needs and met our expectations.
