GoogleAt the beginning I made it very clear to all the estate agents that visited and valued the house, my negative opinions (putting it politely) of estate agents based on past of experience of them doing very little and being purely reactive for a great deal of money. When we asked Fenn Wright to look after the sale, I asked them to prove me wrong and I am pleased to say they did! Proactive, clear communications, actually conducting and leading the viewings and wise enough to reduce the price when I suggested it was a little high. The final phase with the support of Sales Progressors worked well and smoothly and at no stage did I feel like I did not know what was happening. Credit where credit is due, Georgia and the team did a good job.

GoogleKyle is superb. Always gets back to me right away. A really lovely fella. He sold our house before in Felixstowe with great ease. Now listed with him and the team with our bungalow. I wouldn't use anyone else only Fenn Wright. They are a great team there in Ipswich. So helpful... always goes the extra mile and puts the client first.

GoogleWe had the pleasure of working with Steve from Fenn Wright from the early part of last year right through to the end of October 2025, when we finally completed on our purchase. To say our house sale was challenging would be an understatement! At times it honestly felt like moving into the property Fenn Wright were representing might never happen. We ended up having to sell our house three separate times, which definitely made the journey a stressful one. Throughout the entire process, Steve was absolutely unbelievable. His guidance, patience, and constant reassurance made a huge difference. My wife and I even started to dread the weekly Friday 2pm catch-up calls at one point, but somehow Steve always managed to make things feel calmer and a little less stressful each week. What really stood out was how much he genuinely cared he even called us on his day off just to congratulate us when everything finally went through. We actually laugh about those Friday calls now! A huge thank you to Steve for sticking with us through such a rollercoaster and helping us finally get there. We’re incredibly grateful.

Rhys from the Witham Branch has been fantastic. Extremely well informed, great communication (that has never felt pushy and pressured) and professional throughout. Unfortunately we are yet to find our next home but Fenn Wright have understood exactly what we are looking for and fingers crossed we find it soon.
