I had mortgage advice through there reccomended service as well as Amy keeping me updated during the legal stage. Aiden was helpful with booking my viewings and Ben helping me with the offer process. Would highly reccomend using Fenn Wright!

The staff at FennWright was superb. The entire buying process was stress-free and we were regularly updated and kept well informed. The agent unquestionably accommodated our schedule, was generous with his time and attention, anticipated our needs and was thoroughly helpful with his honest and unbiased appraisal and helpful advice. There were no delays. The speed at which the purchase was completed from viewing to completion was impressive. We were absolutely comfortable and pleased with FennWright’s performance.

GoogleJust finished a couple of viewings with Jo. She was the best estate agent weve seen who has showed us around houses. She brought and matched our enthusiasm for a house we loved and equally recognised when another property wasnt for us. She was knowledgeable about the house and helped paint a picture for what it would feel like living there, rather than many estate agents who just awkwardly stand in a corner.

GoogleWe recently used Fenn Wright on the sale of our property and cannot recommend them enough. Our property had been on with another agency for a few months but no real offers. We made the decision to go dual agency and on the first viewing Phil Lay-Flurrie secured us an offer! We live overseas and the prospect of selling in this situation was very daunting but Phil guided us through the process with great knowledge and expertise. He and the sales progression team kept us updated throughout and the sale went through in record time (just over 2 months!). Not only this but Phil went above and beyond on a few occasions and he isn't in any way a 'pushy' agent, just very personable and made the whole process easy. Thank you again!

GoogleAs a family, we have just received excellent service from Fenn Wright to sell a late grandmother's bungalow. Specifically, Matt was very professional in his approach and dedicated to keeping us informed of the process, making this stress free during a difficult time. The bungalow was successfully sold in just a few months due to the high standard of the adverts, the visits and everything that Matt put in place to ensure it could find its next owner. Definitely would recommend as an estate agency.

GoogleAmazing service and speedy sale! We popped into Fenn Wright to put an offer in on a house, but soon found we needed an active offer on our house first. Fenn Wright clearly explained this to us and were able to value and list our house within 24-48 hours. Within an hour of listing we had several viewings booked in and within 2-weeks we’d sold our house and managed to get our dream house (also through Fenn Wright). Throughout we had exceptional service and contact with Fenn Wright detailing every important move and keeping us in the loop throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend 😊

GoogleWe listed our late mother’s property with Fenn Wright and couldn’t be happier. Matt came round and viewed the property almost immediately. He agreed to list the property at a price which I was expecting. Markup was done on 15th September. After photographing the property it was listed online initially. Our first viewing was the following day 16th Sept with a further 2 viewings that day. In total we had 14 viewings with 2 offers below the asking price, before accepting an offer at full asking price just 10 days later. Exchange was arranged on 13 November with Completion on 28th November just 6 weeks after listing. The whole process was totally painless, we didn’t have to do anything. Fenn Wright even arranged for the EPC to be carried out. All viewings were done by FW and we were kept informed at every level. I cannot thank the team at Fenn Wright enough for their fantastic service and support throughout this process, it seriously couldn’t have gone any smoother. 6 weeks from listing till completion, what’s not to like. Fantastic.
