GoogleFBM have been letting out my future retirement home for about 11 years now. I've stayed with them because their service is excellent and if it 'aint broke dont fix it. The staff are always quite frankly brilliant, but i was given 3 weeks notice by my tennant, and i was looked after exceptionally well by Rebecca. She handled the relet and with a ruthless efficiency throughout and ensured as a result it was only vacant for 8 days. I think i'm still in shock or awe at how smooth it all went. Bravo Rebecca!

He arrived promptly at the agreed time and conducted a thorough assessment of the premises. Throughout the visit, he was polite, respectful, and clearly knowledgeable in his role. Layton took the time to explain his findings clearly and answered any questions I had with patience and confidence. His approach reflected a high standard of customer service and professionalism. Overall, I am very satisfied with the inspection and the manner in which it was conducted. I would not hesitate to recommend Layton to others for future inspections.

She gave us plenty of space to view at our own pace, and also came in with detailed knowledge of the property when we needed that. The property, sadly for us, did sell to someone else very quickly, but Anwen took the time to let us know which was very much appreciated.
