We called in to the Pembroke office on the hope of chatting to someone regarding letting our property and within minutes Lleyton found time with us to discuss options but even better than that made time to meet us at our property the very next day as we had a tight schedule. We were really impressed with his knowledge of the area, his understanding of the letting market and the options we would have as landlords. Always had the best experience with FBM from purchasing my house through them two years ago to now renting the same house out and there was nobody else I would rather let manage the whole thing. Lleyton has been brilliant throughout with communication and keeping me up to date on things, always on the other end of the phone when I ask too many questions! Will happily recommend FBM. We have used them for letting a flat in Tenby after being messed around by the other main operator there. From the start they were communicative, fast and helpful. I’d been trying to sell the property in a difficult market before deciding to re-let with a new agent, and FBM were recommended to me by a local contact. Just like about everything else in modern society. Deceiptful and non responsive. Here is what happened. FBM had a listing for a house to rent with a two car garage. It was advertised as the owners wanted to keep one gargae for storage. Then after meeting with owner it became clear that they were going to be renovations on the house while I was paying rent and all the bills and cutting the grass. So in other words while I had to listen to renovations all day as I work from home they want continued access to the house. Then the lady made up some story that I said something rude to her . So she was a gaslighter and a deceiver. FBM should have bee more transparent and open and honest. I will be following up with a phone call to the regional manager because there other issues now.
