We viewed a new build property this afternoon with Shannon from FBM Milford Haven, as a couple who are keen to move to the area. Throughout the process so far, Shannon has been exceptionally helpful, with no question too much trouble. She was very punctual for our viewing, answered our questions about the property and was polite, friendly and professional. She even arranged for us to view additional properties to our main plot of interest, to give us a more in depth view of the estate. We were impressed.

She was so professional and knowledgeable from the beginning of the process to completion, always keeping me up to date on progress and communicating regularly with my solicitors, the buyers solicitors and the buyer, so that everyone knew what was happening. Any enquiries from me were answered speedily and with patience. GoogleWe recently used fbm to sell my mums house,which was initially in probate, also the added complication of myself not living in the area. Anwen started the initial process and donna took over when we accepted the offer. I can't praise Donna enough, always happy to answer any of my question via email or phone and also chase solicitors when required!! Thank you to all those involved, highly recommended.
