GoogleFBM have been brilliant from the outset. From initial discussions through to finding a lovely new tenant for a rental property I own in Pennar, the whole process has been smooth and well handled.
I’d been trying to sell the property in a difficult market before deciding to re-let with a new agent, and FBM were recommended to me by a local contact. The information Lheyton shared with me was invaluable in helping me make decisions along the way, and Rebecca was brilliant in helping secure my new tenant.
In short, both were incredibly helpful and made the process so much easier for me, especially as an ‘accidental landlord’ who lives a long distance away and can’t manage things in person.

Donna will blame you for any delays...not true.
She will try to get you to move into rented accommodation so we don't break her chain.
She will make you feel very small and that it is all your fault.
Shannon at Milford Haven on the other hand is a lovely lovely person.
So glad I am selling with West Wales properties. Helen is fantastic
