After very little was happening with my original estate agent, I decided to change to FBM. After explaining what I was looking for and discovering what they could offer, I made an appointment for Kaley Yeomans to visit my property. Kaley arrived, punctually, at my home to discuss instructions and take photos etc. All went smoothly and I expected it to take a couple of days before receiving an update to say my home was ready to be advertised. However, around noon the following day, my property went live online, complete with great photos, a charming video reel and a virtual tour of each room.. All in less than 24 hours! Within an hour of going live, someone made an appointment to view, followed by 3 more during the next couple of hours. Kaley is brilliant at what she does and is a huge asset to FBM. She is very professional, efficient and knowledgeable, yet at the same time friendly and approachable. This girl works hard, quickly and gets results ! Highly recommended!

We have just put my mother-in-law's house up for sale with FBM Estate Agents, and the service has been excellent from the very beginning. Leanne was extremely professional, kind and helpful throughout the whole process. As first-time sellers, we were feeling quite overwhelmed. We had initially gone with another local estate agent, but nothing was properly explained to us. The difference with FBM was amazing. Leanne took the time to explain everything clearly, including the selling process and all the costs involved, using simple, easy-to-understand language. She made us feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. A big thank you as well to the other young lady in the office, who was also very friendly and helpful whenever we spoke to her. FBM Milford Haven- I dealt with Kaley from start fo finish and wow- what a pleasure! Kaley assisted me to navigate purchasing my first home and putting everything so simply and jargon free so I could understand things as a first time buyer! FBM have been fantastic is selling our house for us. They listened to everything that we wanted and were so efficient. Kaley came out to take the photos and within an hour had posted a sneak peak reel gaining interest before it was even put on the market. As this was our first time selling a property Kaley, Leanne and Bethany have been very supportive and have guided us through the process. They have kept us in the loop throughout.
