I applied to view a few different houses on Right Move with many estate agents. However Farrell Heyworth were first to call me and set up a few viewings ASAP, I was never meant to view the house I bought. Euan asked me all my preferences etc and recommended I had a look at this one. Well, within 1 hour of leaving the property he called and asked me how it went and I put an offer in 24 hours later and it was accepted straight away. The follow up service was amazing, I was called at least once a week asking for updates and helping me push the solicitors etc . Once completed, they were able to hold the keys for me whilst I was away working. I cannot fault them with my experience and I will be using them for my rental property too.

I have dealt with this agent numerous times when letting my properties, they are the most proactive lettings agent I have used and have never let me down. Adam is in constant contact with me keeping me updated and the whole team have always been friendly and approachable. Everyone I dealt with at Farrell Heyworth was extremely professional, from June who I spoke to initially about the sale, through Gareth who explained services provided then took top quality pictures of the property, to Daniel who handled day to day communications. They kept me informed at every stage and did what they said they would when they said they would do it. Highly recommended!
