I found Ella Homes to be as slippery as an eel covered in grease that's been dipped in a tub of vaseline , I was gazumped by Ella after they effectively demanded I could only view property if they could sell mine, Ella put a deliberate lesser offer from me in which was accepted and then behold a Cash buyer betters my alleged offer who bearing in mind has not even viewed the place (very good sources tell me this ) so Ella effectively work hand in glove with this new Cash buyer , I've never seen a lizard in a suit before....then I met Bob.

We are sorry that you feel this way. However, as you are aware this was not the case and you did view the property not under the pretence that you had to sell with us. After viewing you decided that you would like to place your house for sale In the hope of being able to purchase the property. Sadly we had a lot of interest in this house and offers and one of the viewers secured a sale with the vendor. This is an unfair comment to make with regards to Bob who managed this with the utmost integrity and those that know him will wholly agree.

Tried to acquire a sale through deception by stating the buyer was a cash buyer with no chain then failed in their due diligence by not reporting that funds were not available

Lack of communication from staff, any maintenance that needs doing takes forever. Useless and only 4 months into a tenancy!

Our first house purchase

Ella Homes were fantastic with us throughout the entire process. They were very patient and guided us through the process which was invaluable as first time buyers. Mark worked proactively to liaise with all parties during the process. This helped to maintain good communication and speed up the buying process. Ella Homes are trustworthy and very reliable. Thanks for all your support.

Selling of our property

The staff of Ella Residential sales were, without exception, enthusiastic and pleasant and we felt confident selling through their site. At no time, in a lengthy process, did they show any irritation or lack of interest, and kept us informed re every viewing etc.. Despite their involvement with many properties,, each one knew our details and progress well.

House Sale

I have used Ella Homes in the past to both purchase and sell houses and because of the previous positive experiences I returned to them when my mother had to sell her cottage and move into sheltered accommodation. Yet again, I was not disappointed with the service I received which was delivered in a most professional manner. by everyone I had contact with. The cottage was marketed at a realistic price and a sale was achieved within a week and completion took place just over two months later. Thank you Ella for all your hard work and support in achieving a satisfactory sale.

Great Estate Agent to Buy From

We purchased a house via Ella in July this year. Selling and buying can be challenging and stressful. Ours was no different. We have never dealt with Ella before due to us moving location. They were excellent and we would not hesitate to use them going forward as a selling agent.

Great Service received all round

From my first meeting with Mark I felt certain that Ella Homes were the right agency to sell my mothers property. During the process my mother sadly passed away. Mark and the whole team were extremely sympathetic to the situation and were very understanding. It made the whole process a much simpler and ultimately easy process to go through. Knowing that the whole team knew immediately who I was when calling was a fantastic approach to customer service and something I believe Ella Homes pride themselves on as they should. All in all the service received was highly professional and efficient. Thank you

Ella kept our chain on track

We have just sold our home through Ella and although it was a long drawn-out and stressful business we genuinely believe it would have been infinitely worse without them. All the staff were helpful and friendly and were excellent at returning phone calls, arranging viewings and giving prompt feedback. They were exceptionally proactive at keeping a long and difficult chain on track and when it looked like coming off the rails we felt their sympathy was genuine and their advice absolutely correct. We would have no hesitation in recommending Ella to our friends and we thank them for the many hours they spent on our sale - and on the phone!
