Ella managed a quick and efficient sale of my property and I am delighted. Ella has now sold two of my last five homes and they are the only agent that has never once asked me what price I'd accept prior to or midway through the negotiation. Thus I know they're not compromising my selling price for the sake of a quick sale by suggesting a lower offer price to a potential buyer. Frequent updates from the team kept me informed and a few super-quick tasks by Rachel to sort some very last minute thoughts from me. Thanks Mark and the team for a great service.

I found Ella to provide a very professional service. Mark and his team understood my needs very quickly and helped get my house on the market with lots of interest from prospective buyers. I also used Ella to look at several houses and once again they excelled giving me full confidence. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending their services.

My experience with Ella has been extremely disappointing. As an owner letting a property they have been totally useless and did nothing to indicate a sense of duty or professionalism. Sloppy and disinterested, I would never recommend them to anyone.

The agent said that the parking in front of the property belongs to the tenant ....apparently it turned out that the parking does not....... it's for all the residents living on that street .....Thanks Ella, you're agents are really well informed !!!!

House sale and purchase

We brought and sold through Ella and cannot recommend them highly enough. It was a long and complicated chain and without their professionalism and guidance throughout the whole process it may not have worked out as well as it did. They were definitely the safe pair of hands it needed and we felt reassured and relieved to have such a competent and experienced team behind us.

Handled with care and attention!

We have recently purchased a property through Ella Homes and could not be happier! Our viewings of the property were informative but not pressured and the communication between ourselves and the vendor to agree the sale was handled with care and attention. Ella homes kept us informed at all stages of the process and were able to liaise with the vendor in a speedy and efficient manner to ensure we could complete our move over the Easter weekend, satisfying all parties in the chain. Highly recommend Ella Homes

Excellent experience of buying a house, so efficient and friendly

Ella were absolutely brilliant throughout the process of buying my house. If I had any query or needed them to ask the seller anything they did so quickly and this allowed me to proceed with my purchase in a very short space of time....8 weeks from viewing to completion! Definitely recommend them.

Excellence over a long period

Ella have provided excellent customer service over a long and, through no fault of their own, quite fraught selling process. Their persistence was highly commendable and they displayed a clear determination to get to the finishing line. Attention to detail was very good and their personal touch was much appreciated. A super team!
