View AgentsHaving used Ella for my rental property over the past three years, I knew I could expect a professional and efficient service when it came to selling my current property. The valuation was very professional and they gave me a full breakdown of my local area and what I could expect to achieve. Being a new build home, I had thought it would take a few months to sell, but within no time, we had accepted an offer and were planning our next purchase. I was confident with my purchaser thanks to the thorough financial checking process Ella adopt, and also their regular updates via email through to exchange. So all in all, a great service and I would only use Ella in the future.

View AgentsWe can’t recommend Ella homes enough. We moved from Hertfordshire and had a lot of trouble with our buyers pulling out last minute. Mark from Ella explained this to our seller as we didn’t want to miss out on our dream home. Luckily we sold again straight away and moved 8 weeks later. Mark was always contacting us and our seller to make sure it all went through as smoothly as possible & we are very grateful for all of his hard work.

FacebookWe found Ella Residential Sales incredibly professional, helpful, friendly and supportive during the whole process of putting our house on the market and until we sold it. We have used Ella Lettings in the past too - thank you for your professionalism and friendliness towards us and helping us to sell our house.
