We have used A&Co in Winslow for 2 purchases and 2 rentals so have dealt with the selling team and the Rental side. On all occasions we have used this company rather than others in the area as it is very convenient to pop in and talk face to face so there is no confusion. I have dealt with Mark Terry Graham Rachael Charlotte and Elaine. They all know me and I have had an excellent service and Elaine on the rental side has gone over and above helping me sort out my Dads and my rentals and got me through the mine field. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Our experience with A&Co wasn’t great overall and some of the customer service was the worst I have experienced. Felt like the need for the sale was put ahead of the best situation for us as sellers. One particular agent, don’t think it’s worth giving names, wrote an email that was so strongly written, it was quite insulting and hard to believe it was to a client. Same agent can be very frosty in person and even refuse to talk to you.

Selling a house in a pandemic and after a bereavement turned out to be very stressful, but I’m glad I chose Ella as my agents. Out of the 2 estate agency’s in the town I found them to be a lot less stressful to deal with than the other agents who were agents for house I was buying. We could not be happier with the service Mark Ayres and his team at Ella have provided in selling our home recently. All are very professional and prompt in responding to queries and providing feedback on viewings. When we got to contract stage Mark went above and beyond expectations.
