GoogleOur only regret is that we should have come to you first. Excellent service from the first meeting to a completed sale in a very difficult housing market. The whole Team worked hard to deliver two sales in far less time than is the norm. Would highly recommend Mark Ayres and his team.

GoogleIf I could give them 0 stars I would. The worst mistake of my life was choosing to get involved with this company. The agents do not communicate with each other, are rude and do not care about their clients. When emailing about the property I was renting, I would not get a reply for over a week every time. They put a new door on the property that was a health and safety risk, so that when I was trying to move out I could not get my furniture out. The door would barely open to even get a shopping bag through. When addressing this, I was dismissed and told that it could not be true even when I provided images and that there was not anything they could do as they actually did not even manage the property, all they did was collect the rent which they failed to inform me before starting my tenancy. The paint on the walls came off and if it got wet it would strip fully off due to the use of cheap paint. When I did actually get a reply, it would be rude. The agents clearly just want to look good rather than actually be good. From my experience, they do not care if what they are doing is unethical or just plain out wrong, they just want to get their pay checks.
Dear Millie, you were most certainly informed of the landlords decision to manage the tenancy themselves. This would not only have been conveyed verbally but also in writing within your check-in pack emailed to you at the commencement of your tenancy. The tenancy agreement also confirmed the landlords contact details as your point of contact throughout your tenancy. I therefore can't comment about any works or issues that were raised during the tenancy as Alexander and Co we not managing the property and therefore not involved or responsible. I find it very difficult to understand how/when we have been unethical/rude in our dealings with yourself in this matter. That said, I would be very happy respond to any specific instances should you wish to raise them directly with me at mark.cruse@alexanderandco.co.uk I feel this review is misdirected, I would therefore urge you to withdraw your review as it does not relate to the actions of Alexander and Co. Mark Cruse - Lettings Manager.

GoogleExcellent service from Mark @ Ella! Mark was invaluable as we were abroad during the majority of the viewing process by showing potential buyers around - including being un-phased with a wasps infestation just before our buyers arrived! Definitely recommend Mark to put the deal together in a friendly professional manner.

Ella has now sold two of my last five homes and they are the only agent that has never once asked me what price I'd accept prior to or midway through the negotiation. Thus I know they're not compromising my selling price for the sake of a quick sale by suggesting a lower offer price to a potential buyer. Frequent updates from the team kept me informed and a few super-quick tasks by Rachel to sort some very last minute thoughts from me. Thanks Mark and the team for a great service.
