GoogleThese are the letting agents for a property I bought a few years ago. They have been incredibly helpful. I never have any worries using their management services. They always let me know about new legislation and when certificates need updating. They have a great team of maintenance engineers providing a prompt service when necessary. We were very pleased with the service that we got from Ella. Our initial meeting with Mark was most insightful, and we enjoyed hearing his philosophy on marketing a property. The commission that was proposed was very reasonable, and less than local competitors. Professional photography was included in the fee, and was of an excellent standard, and there were no other extra charges as the EPC was also included. Mark and Tina guided us through the whole journey, remained calm when there was the occasional understandable bump, and responded quickly to our questions. Ella always acted professionally and we have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleReally can’t fault the experience. Even though I was on the phone and chasing up and down quite a lot, I was never made to feel like I was annoying (which I probably was). From valuation, copy and brochure print through to viewings, sale and exchange, it was all so smooth no matter who we were dealing with at the appropriate moment throughout the process . Amazing, friendly service. Would definitely recommend. Huge thank you to all in the team for all your help and support.

GoogleI have dealt with Ella on many occasions. Selling and buying and they also managed my rental property. The service is outstanding, nothing is too much trouble. When I had a tenant that wasn’t paying they were extremely helpful with very good advice. They liaised with my tenant and the problem was sorted. When the sale of my house collapsed putting my purchase of the new house in danger Ella were fantastic. They organised a meeting with the seller of my purchase house and enabled the sale to go ahead albeit slightly later than planned. They then sold my house in record time. GoogleWe bought our home through Ella Estate Agents. Their service was absolutely outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The viewing was arranged at a time to suit us and all very Covid safe. From the moment we put in an offer to buy the property they have been brilliant. They communicated very promptly, provided clear information and helped progress our transaction quickly. They have never been ‘pushy’, but always efficient; they simply provide outstanding customer service. We needed to arrange an additional viewing so our children could see the house, this was accommodated, as was the visit for the surveyor to survey the property. They also arranged additional access so we could check the telephone points as BT said they could not see they were there. This ensured we could have a working phone line/internet access arranged for when we completed. Our house had been empty for a while and they arranged for a cleaning company to clean the property for us. The cleaning company did an amazing job and we were over the moon with having this referral and a trusted company to clean the house for us. I would highly recommend this company, either for selling a home or buying a home. They were just perfect and we are so grateful for all they did for us to get us moved in.

GoogleI have used Ella Homes in the past to both purchase and sell houses and because of the previous positive experiences I returned to them when my mother had to sell her cottage and move into sheltered accommodation. Yet again, I was not disappointed with the service I received which was delivered in a most professional manner by everyone I had contact with. The cottage was marketed at a realistic price and a sale was achieved within a week and completion took place just over two months later. Thank you Ella for all your hard work and support in achieving a satisfactory sale.

GoogleRented a property where they where doing the finding of tenants and signing out of clients for a private landlord. The staff are rude and arogent they took a colour photocopy of identification which is illegal. (Which we pointed out) They made it very clear they dont care about tenants. On the sign out they tried every trick in the book to try and get us to get the property to a higher standard than it was when we moved in fortunately the inventory which states it must be returned to the same state which is done by a private company and very detailed and our kind landlords where more realistic. Tried forcing viewings when they were not permitted. All in all do not go to them for anything the worst property agents iv ever seen and iv seen my fair share.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleI found Ella Homes to be as slippery as an eel covered in grease that's been dipped in a tub of vaseline , I was gazumped by Ella after they effectively demanded I could only view property if they could sell mine, Ella put a deliberate lesser offer from me in which was accepted and then behold a Cash buyer betters my alleged offer who bearing in mind has not even viewed the place (very good sources tell me this ) so Ella effectively work hand in glove with this new Cash buyer , I've never seen a lizard in a suit before....then I met Bob.
We are sorry that you feel this way. However, as you are aware this was not the case and you did view the property not under the pretence that you had to sell with us. After viewing you decided that you would like to place your house for sale In the hope of being able to purchase the property. Sadly we had a lot of interest in this house and offers and one of the viewers secured a sale with the vendor. This is an unfair comment to make with regards to Bob who managed this with the utmost integrity and those that know him will wholly agree.
