GoogleI have a few buy to lets in south west London and trying to manage and especially trying to find good quality tenants has always proven a nightmare as I live out in Essex. GoogleEfficient service, helpful staff. Just keep on mind your questions when visiting the flat, and ask how to be present during the inventory, as it is stated in the document. Basics.

GoogleThis has been my best renting experience in London. The whole process was relaxed and fun while totally professional. On top of that they are always available and quick to respond to anything I need. Hope their philosophy gets adopted by other agencies.

GoogleI have rented my flat through Eden Harper for 9 years. They have consistently been reliable, trustworthy, attentive and efficient. All the staff are lovely to deal with and have found new tenants with almost no gap when old tenants have left. They keep my flat in excellent condition and have strong attention to detail. I would strongly recommend them!

GoogleVery happy of my experience with Eden Harper, we were searching for a flat with my girlfriend for weeks and decided to walk in an agency. Our demands were quite specific (outdoor space, garden, vintage but refurbished, separated kitchen...) But it wasn't too much for Elizabeth who quickly had a property in mind for us, it was a very busy period of the year on the market so she recommended a viewing directly and it was the best call! Within 5 minutes in the flat we were convinced and less than 48hours later we were picking up the keys. All along great service from her and other team members, I highly recommend and have already sent some friends to them. Thank you.
Thank you very much!
