As a landlord of a flat in Brixton i can not rate Eden Harper highly enough. They are very efficient and super helpful. My flat was rented out within 24 hours of its availability 3 times in a row. Elizabeth is particularly helpful and a joy to talk to. Being a smaller firm, as a landlady you are much better looked after and the smallest of problems is reported immediately. If you are wondering what estate agent to go for just ring up and ask for Elizabeth and she will be very helpful.

It isn't fashionable to be fond of estate agents but in this case it's wholly justified.

I used Eden Harper to buy my flat four years ago and then to sell it this year. They have been consistently helpful, professional, courteous and responsive. Their fees are reasonable and they possess excellent local knowledge (Brixton area). Many thanks to Richard and particularly Vanesa.

Terrible listings! We were shown a property, which didn’t look anything like it did in the pictures. The woman said the property is available immediately, but the landlord is in the process of fixing a leak. When the door opened the first thing we could smell was damp with a sounds of a dehumidifier in the distance. We walked into the house until we hit the dining room and saw the damage. The room had no ceiling!! The woman knew the viewing didn’t go well and even said ‘I don’t know why I always get the bad viewings’ as if this is totally normal!!! I’m extremely disappointed that the Estate Agent even took this property on in this state let alone getting viewings booked in. Since the bad viewing the property is still a ‘featured’ property so clearly nothing has been done about this.

Dear Stefan, First of all apologies that you had such a poor experience. I am aware of the property in question and unfortunately it was undergoing repair due to a leak from the flat above. In hindsight my colleague could have explained this in more detail prior to your viewing or cancelled the viewing. The property has been removed from our website until repairs have been completed. I would say we had been managing this property since 2007 and it was just unfortunate that such an incident took place prior to your viewing. Excellent service

I bought my property through Eden Harper and then subsequently rented it to tenants through them. I found them very trustworthy in the sales process and easy to get on with, and when I came to let the property out they found very good quality tenants for me quickly and didn't try to persuade me to go with tenants I was not sure about. I would recommend them

I could not speak highly enough of the professionalism and friendliness of the Eden Harper team, They customer service is second to none. I have used their service for the last 10 years, Initially, as a tenant and then as a landlady. The property was never left vacant under their management and they were highly efficient when the time came to sell it. Excellent estate agent

I've been with this agent for about 10 years now and they always do a great job. Very personal, switched on. I'm under full management and the service people they send round are pretty well always very good plus reasonable. We have 2 other properties in different areas of London rented out and the estate agents for those properties cannot compare to Eden Harper. They're really excellent!
