I have had many dealings with Eden Harper during my years of living in Battersea - as a seller and landlord. I can highly recommend them. Efficient, knowledgeable, professional, with an excellent understanding of the local market. They have sourced high quality long-term tenants for me on two occasions, taking the strain from the whole process. They also achieved an excellent price and were a very helpful and competent conduit between tenant and landlord. I've rented a property though EH and they have always been very helpful since the day I moved in. All maintenance issues were dealt with promptly, check-in and check-out were smooth and the staff were always very quick at responding - in particular, Vicki was outstanding. I do recommend them as an agency to rent from.

We used Eden Harper to find a flat to rent in Brixton. We found them an excellent letting agency to use. They were flexible (gave us a viewing at our convenience on a Saturday), had great flats to view and were very knowledgable and honest. When we eventually decided on a flat, they helped us through every step, were transparent and very quick at replying. Overall, it was a very seamless experience. Would definitely recommend and use again!

I have been using Eden Harper for rental property management since 2012 and Richard and his team couldn't have been more helpful during this time. Any queries, problems or issues I have ever had, or the tenant has ever had, with the property are dealt with promptly, efficiently and always in a very friendly and professional manner. They make the whole property rental process very easy, both from my perspective as a landlord but also for the tenants that rent the properties on their books, and nothing is ever too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Eden Harper to a Landlord thinking of renting their property out, or to a tenant considering renting properties through them. They are a great team, and I look forward to continuing working with them well into the future.

It took weeks for them to draw up a contract and when we signed and everything was good to go a week before we move in, they tell us the current tenant will not be able to move out leaving us a week to find a place. They didn’t even offer to compensate, we had to ask them to return our deposit as they have inconvenienced us and they don’t seem to care much about their customers either.
We were very sorry this didn't work out but as you know we informed you as soon there was absolutely nothing we could have done about it and we informed you as soon as we knew..We returned your deposit immediately so you suffered no cost,. Richard
