Eden Harper have fully managed my property in Brixton for the last 8 years...they have been fantastic. Due to the fact that they are a relatively small team I developed a great relationship with them, especially Ajaye. Living overseas and dealing with time changes was never a problem and everything was dealt with minimum stress for me. Recently they handled the sale of my flat and again took control, were professional but remained friendly and communicative at all times. Thank you Richard and Ajaye and all in the office you made my life a lot easier.

My partner and I were tenants for over two years. I found them to be very friendly and helpful with regards to first viewing and throughout the letting process. We did have a few technical problems when we first moved in, the gas meter was hard to locate and the oven's fuse kept blowing, these were no faults of Eden Harper, but they quickly resolved these issues. They do provide a professional and personal service. Every member of staff I have spoken with have been very pleasant and helpful. We moved out of the accommodation due to the property being sold. Eden Harper were very good in providing updates of the sale process. They were also able to help us secure a new property. I would rent from Eden Harper again

I'm quite certain I'm not supposed to say that I 'love' an estate agent, but, I seriously think I love Eden Harper! Over the last six months, we have sold a house, bought a house, bought a flat, and become landlords. If we had done all of those transactions through Eden Harper, I'm pretty sure our stress levels would have been much, much lower. We bought our flat in Brixton through Eden Harper after finding it on one of the big online sites. Richard was, without doubt, the best agent we spoke to throughout our search. Our purchase of the flat was not without challenge and he managed every step efficiently and professionally -- and he's just quite a nice guy as well! (The only negative we encountered was with the conveyancing solicitors Eden Harper recommended. VS Law were really not pleasant to work with and inspired no confidence what so ever, so I'd suggest any other solicitor!) Then, after renovating the place, we opted to use Eden Harper as letting agents as well. Liz is fantastic -- again, efficient, professional, and just a nice person to work with -- and Thomas had the place let within a day of its going on the market. I would recommend Eden Harper to anyone! I just wish they covered the whole of the UK, so everyone buying, selling, or letting could benefit from their friendly, efficient, professional service.

Moving to London for a new job could have been really stressful but Hannah from Eden Harper was brilliant. She was extremely efficient, explained everything clearly and, most importantly, very friendly and easy to deal with I had approached other letting agents in the area who did not seem as professional and just spammed me with emails about flats that were completely unsuitable. I rarely give reviews but my experience of selling my flat through Eden Harper was absolutely top notch. Richard, Hannah and Vanesa worked tirelessly to market it and then guide the sale to completion. They were very accurate about the property's market value and then worked hard to achieve more than that. They kept me informed every step of the way and were an amazingly friendly and welcoming group of people.
