GoogleELR Wickersley have been amazing throughout the selling process of our house, Olivia, Sandra and Sarah are all very professional, efficient and hard working, communication was second to none, always checking in with us, answering our queries and advising us along the way. GoogleAppalling service from these agents - Arranged a viewing for a property and put in an offer straight after the viewing at asking price and also had a second viewing a few days later When I submitted my offer on the property, I was informed that no previous offers had been made, Despite this, I did not receive a single update from ELR following the submission of my offer. After nearly a week with no communication, I contacted them myself, only to be told at that point that a higher offer had been accepted and they would not consider any other offers Completely unprofesssional and dishonest

Google10/10 Service. After a very unsuccessful period with another estate agent, ELR were recommended to me and I haven't looked back. I have to say, choosing ELR to deal with my sale was the best decision I made. I was fortunate enough to have Olivia look after my sale, who was tremendous throughout. I found Liv to be very professional and incredibly knowledgeable, I was able to lean on Liv for her experience and guidance during the sale process. Moving house is stressful at the best of times, Olivia certainly minimised the stress involved. Their local but also wider knowledge of the market really does show. Certainly would recommend to anyone looking for an estate agent, and would be the first call I make if I ever move again.

GoogleIt was a very smooth process getting a property by ELR. I had a very nice experience even if everything was only over the phone and emails except for that one phone conversation with a lady whom I’ve never spoken before. She used the word “fed up” when I inquired about some things. Maybe she had a bad day or maybe coz we are not buying a property that’s really expensive so that’s how treated me. Anyway, apart from that, it was all generally good. Thank you to Olivia and Sarah.

GoogleCaroline, Kathryn and Helen in the Hathersage office were calm, clear and professional throughout the process of selling my house. This was so appreciated especially when things got tense towards the end. Tim did a great job at the beginning of the process and I thought the photographs were excellent. They listed closely with my solicitor and I couldn’t fault them. Would highly recommend.

GoogleWe bought a bungalow from ELR and we dealt with Olivia. We found Olivia to be an excellent communicator between the Vendor and ourselves. When ever we asked questions Olivia would quickly come back with an answer. In fact everybody in the office was efficient and friendly.
