The whole experience from start to finish was stress free. Communication was really good and someone always answered my calls and emails straightaway. As the process advanced, Mark was just amazing. Great service from ELR as a purchaser. Andy Ling was superb both as a communicator but also his professionalism and very pragmatic approach to getting the sale completed. It wasn’t without its challenges towards the end, which is not uncommon, however knowing Andy was handling it for the vendor was a real relief. I even got the keys delivered to my door on completion, what great service!

ELR were very helpful in selling my house

ELR provided a very helpful service in selling my house. James was very informative and personable in our initial meeting, and made it easy for me to decide to use ELR. They made full use of their existing contacts and very soon I received an acceptable offer. Unfortunately that offer fell through, due to problems encountered by the buyer. I then was out of action for a couple of months after an operation, but ELR kept on with the sale and we soon got another buyer, and the sale was successfully completed. I should particularly mention the helpful and friendly attitude of the ELR staff I dealt with, especially Jenny who always kept me informed of developments and was unfailingly helpful whenever I contacted her.

It was a very smooth process getting a property by ELR.
