GoogleDebra was very patient, kind and reassuring during the protracted sale of my late partner's flat. Despite setbacks and frustrations, Debra remained calm throughout. ELR ( Wickersley) staff are all very professional but as a seller, throughout my many conversations with them, I never felt that I was just another statistic. I thoroughly recommend their service and am truly thankful that I chose them.

GoogleI had an exceptional service from ELR in regards to both the sale of my house and the purchase of my onwards property! Aaron was always on hand if I had any outstanding queries and I was always kept upto date on the progress. There were times when I would ask a question outside of working hours and I would get a response that same evening! The staff at ELR are true professionals who go above and beyond - which in turn has helped me purchase my forever home! ELR were the estate agents for our sellers, but the sales negotiator - Leah Bell -was our source of knowledge about all the transactions in the whole of our chain. She was more forthcoming about progress/holdups than our own agents and kept us informed when things were dragging on ...and on... and on! She certainly appeared to do more than anyone to keep the whole thing on track.

Great experience selling our house with ELR. We found the company friendly and professional from our first contact with James through to completion. They did a really nice job with the marketing and photography securing a good number of viewings and offers. Once we had accepted an offer the communication on sales progress was first class. I was always sure of a friendly welcome when I called in at the Banner Cross office. Leah who dealt with our sale showed a strong personal commitment to helping us throughout the process. I can wholeheartedly recommend ELR.

Unhelpful and unprofessional staffs dealing with the lettings. I called to ask for updates regarding my maintenance and felt that the staff was so rude and brushing it off telling me to use their fixflo which had so far only has AI replies, and at one point one of his colleague laughing at the back. So rude.
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you have felt frustrated, and we do understand how important it is to receive clear updates when maintenance is ongoing. Maintenance issues are logged through Fixflo so they can be recorded, tracked and passed to the right contractor, in this case it is the landlords own contractor who completed the works before move in. We can confirm that the landlord’s contractor has been asked to contact you directly regarding this matter. Please do contact us directly if you need any further help, and we’ll be happy to assist.

GoogleFinding ourselves in the sad and difficult position of selling my deceased younger brothers house, our experience with ELR has been first class. Olivia has simply been amazing. Always professional but also caring and comforting at the same time. Sorting problems eg locksmiths, professional advice, feedback, prompt responses to never ending questions, communicating with family abroad and sense of humour. We had a very good outcome with the house sale which was due to the great teamwork from ELR and positivity that they gave. There was no particular emotional stress from the house sale, but, I'm guessing that was due to Olivia shielding us and being so great at her job. Thank you everyone.

GoogleELR are the leaders in the Real estate market place certainly in Wickersley Rotherham, my experience during the sale of my property was enhanced by the professional input from ELR despite local solicitors "dragging their feet" and generally being pedantic. The staff at the Wickersley office were always there in support of what is generally described as the biggest upheaval in our lives. I would have no hesitation recommending ELR to my family, friends and business associates in the future, thanks to Richard and Ellianne, you will be pleased to hear that my sanity is intact, thank you !

GoogleRichard, Sandra, Nicole and the team in Wickersley have been absolutely brilliant throughout the sale of our house. We were selling due to a divorce and their understanding and professionalism was second to none throughout the whole process. We sold STC within a week, for well over asking as marketing was truly on point. Following this, we had some very difficult buyers who got wind of the divorce (via someone in our village) and decided to take advantage - they lowered their offer by over £50k three days before we were due to complete, when we’d already moved most of our furniture. I can honestly say it was one of the most trying times of my life, realising the house sale had fallen through and we were right back at the beginning whilst going through a divorce and separating our lives. But Richard and the team acted quickly, got in touch with everyone who’d viewed the house and within two days we were back to two bids. At this stage, the original buyers came back with a sensible offer, which we couldn’t ignore (despite actually wanting to after what they did). Richard & the team managed the process every step of the way and ensured that we weren’t left exposed, so the sale could go through quickly. Within two weeks, we completed. Their professionalism was absolutely incredible and we can’t thank ELR Wickersley enough for all of their help. A brilliant team - I truly can’t recommend them enough.

GoogleThe valuation given for my property was 20% lower than the final selling price. I had valuations from 3 other agents There was a difference of £25000 between the highest and the lowest. ELR was £60000 below the lowest of the other 3 ! The ELR agent who visited was extremely negative about my property claiming it would be difficult to sell. It wasn’t. I have waited for the house to sell before posting a review.
