GoogleExcellent service throughout All staff were extremely helpful , Sarah especially 💕 The sale completed last year but we have had so much going on I forgot to review . We did have the worse buyer in the land ! Who completely lied throughout , stating they’re cash buyers ! Lied about everything , but if your reading this Mr & Mrs J….., Karma has a way of paying back time is irrelevant . ✨✨✨

GoogleTravelled 50 miles to tentively view a property which had previously stated A private drive .This had changed to a shared drive.Upon arriving at the property the property had vehicular access over a pavement .By definition a drive MUST have a dropped kerb .If not you are risking a hefty fine .Misrepresentation is not only illegal but off putting to potential purchasers.

GoogleAwful experience from start to finish. Emails ignored, phone calls ignored, and communication was basically non-existent when I actually needed them. The worst part was entering the property without my knowledge or permission, then giving the ridiculous excuse that they were supposedly concerned I was “dying”. Completely unacceptable and a huge invasion of privacy. After moving out, it then took almost 3 weeks to deal with the checkout, only for the landlord to come back with cleaning charges that, in my view, were completely unjustified and not supported by anything that warranted the amount claimed. Based on my experience, I found both the agent and landlord dishonest in the way matters were handled. Poor communication, no respect for a tenant’s privacy, and questionable charges at the end of the tenancy. I would not rent through them again and certainly wouldn’t recommend them.

GoogleVery disappointed. We viewed a property on 7 plane road wickersley 200-220k . Been told from the vendors they had a cash offer but if you offer 210k now i will take it off market . We did that phoned the agency and gave the offer. Than been told is a similar offer. No answer we had to chase them 2 days to understand what is happening . After we increased the offer 215k to get the property because they had similar offers. They wanted me to go through the financial check with their brokers when we already got mortgage and principal in place for 250k + . Just wasted our time 3 days . Kept us in pressure and than been told vendors choosed someone else this time . That’s the weirdest experience i ever had . When you ask someone pay me this and we pay extra where is the words that u promise . Not proffesional at all . Also vendors been told we have to get advice from agents for the decision. So definitely dirty play from agency . Thanks for messing people around. Was not end of the word as we have lots of better options. Just frustrated because all what we spoken was not what we got . Everyone was lying us and trying to get as much money and possibly and keeping everyone in tension . God bless you all we are wishing from bottom of the heart whoever messed us all the best . 😁

GoogleDebra was very patient, kind and reassuring during the protracted sale of my late partner's flat. Despite setbacks and frustrations, Debra remained calm throughout. ELR ( Wickersley) staff are all very professional but as a seller, throughout my many conversations with them, I never felt that I was just another statistic. I thoroughly recommend their service and am truly thankful that I chose them.

GoogleI could not recommend ELR if you would like to either sell or buy a house, this is the second house I have bought with their help and they also helped me sell my first home. Debra Draper was absolutely amazing during the whole process and helped it to move as smoothly as possible. Her communication was 10/10 and I’m so grateful I had her to help during what could have been a very stressful process. Thanks to the full team at ELR but special shoutout to Debra !

GoogleFrom start to finish ELR staff were excellent. Always organised, always kept us informed and always did what they said they would . As it was accompanied viewing only they took all the hassle away from us . Debra and her colleagues were first class and I would highly recommend them .

GoogleCan't highly recommend this estate agent enough! When first wanting to buy a property, the estate agent we were greeted by (Olivia) was very friendly, smiling and warming on approach, she made feel at ease, no pressure or being forced to do anything. When we found our first home together to buy, Olivia always kept me in the loop of things with either phone calls or emails, even gave courtesy calls to see on how we were which was lovely! Even if Olivia wasn't available, everyone else that works at this branch are friendly and very helpful. We are happily settled into our new home with the help of this amazing team and would happily go with them again when we decide to move onto our next adventure!

GoogleAppalling service from these agents - Arranged a viewing for a property and put in an offer straight after the viewing at asking price and also had a second viewing a few days later When I submitted my offer on the property, I was informed that no previous offers had been made, Despite this, I did not receive a single update from ELR following the submission of my offer. After nearly a week with no communication, I contacted them myself, only to be told at that point that a higher offer had been accepted and they would not consider any other offers Completely unprofesssional and dishonest

Google10/10 Service. After a very unsuccessful period with another estate agent, ELR were recommended to me and I haven't looked back. I have to say, choosing ELR to deal with my sale was the best decision I made. I was fortunate enough to have Olivia look after my sale, who was tremendous throughout. I found Liv to be very professional and incredibly knowledgeable, I was able to lean on Liv for her experience and guidance during the sale process. Moving house is stressful at the best of times, Olivia certainly minimised the stress involved. Their local but also wider knowledge of the market really does show. Certainly would recommend to anyone looking for an estate agent, and would be the first call I make if I ever move again.
