ELR were very helpful in selling my house

ELR provided a very helpful service in selling my house. James was very informative and personable in our initial meeting, and made it easy for me to decide to use ELR. They made full use of their existing contacts and very soon I received an acceptable offer. Unfortunately that offer fell through, due to problems encountered by the buyer. I then was out of action for a couple of months after an operation, but ELR kept on with the sale and we soon got another buyer, and the sale was successfully completed. I should particularly mention the helpful and friendly attitude of the ELR staff I dealt with, especially Jenny who always kept me informed of developments and was unfailingly helpful whenever I contacted her.

ELR were the estate agents for our sellers, but the sales negotiator - Leah Bell -was our source of knowledge about all the transactions in the whole of our chain. I mostly dealt with Holly, but Caroline was also really helpful keeping Richard in the loop with the position on his purchase and our sale throughout. The quote for our sale was done very efficiently and in a professional manner by the Bakewell team, with a highly competitive commission rate offered and excellent publicity. Stephanie from Bakewell also handled any communications needed between us and our buyers, keeping both parties informed. Unhelpful and unprofessional staffs dealing with the lettings. I called to ask for updates regarding my maintenance and felt that the staff was so rude and brushing it off telling me to use their fixflo which had so far only has AI replies, and at one point one of his colleague laughing at the back. So rude.
