Great service provided by ELR from start to finish. Very professional and thorough with a attention to detail. They conducted all the viewings. A special mention should go to my point if contact Debra, who always went out of her way to assist in the sale. A fantastic experience, not at all stressful. I would highly recommend ELR.

Grace under fire

Our situation, coming from another country and having no rental or credit history in the UK, presented a number of challenges for the letting agent / credit team.

Superb agent

We’ve been viewing houses for more than 6 months now and have never had such a great experience as we did with Nell! Most agents seem to have very little information about the properties, and the most common answer is “I don’t know”, which is just a total waste of time.

Longstanding name in estate agency in the area with extensive knowledge. The property in the Hope Valley needed major repair following flood damage & I instructed ELR to sell mid renovation. It was a protracted sale but the guidance offered was invaluable even though I found the eventual purchaser! Thanks to Tim, Carloline and Holly in the Hathersage office.

The team at Hathersage were extremely helpful throughout the whole buying and selling process this year (2023). We were very happy with the service during, what felt like, a very stressful time for us. Holly, Caroline, Tim and Catherine were always so helpful and we could always get hold of someone at the office, if we had any questions. The team always knew what was going on during the process and we felt in good hands. The team chased, reported back and were very professional and communicative during the whole process and we really appreciated this, as we had a lot going on as a family. We recently needed another valuation on another property and the team, once again, helped us out with this incredibly promptly. Thank you for such a positive experience. We would definitely use ELR again in the future. The Hathersage branch are a really great team.

Sold and bougth, quickly

ELR were selling a house that was ideal for us. So we asked them to sell our old house in order for us to purchase the new one. They did, in two weeks, at above our asking price. Very happy with that.

We recently sold a property with ELR (Hathersage) and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Tim, Holly, Kathryn and Caroline were fantastic throughout the entire process - always available for queries, providing updates throughout and nothing being too much effort. They reached out directly to a prospective buyer who ultimately purchased the property and took the stress out of the process as much as they could. Thank you so much!
