TrustpilotWe purchased a house through ELR Hathersage
All the team, led by Caroline, were always helpful. They were clear and straightforward during the purchase negotiation. The team responded promptly to our enquiries and in passing information between us and the seller when progressing the sale. Information was always handed over so that different members of the ELR team could help us as necessary. We made multiple visits to the property with different professionals during the purchase period and our appointment requests were always accommodated. We would happily purchase or sell a property through ELR Hathersage in future.
Thank you for this great feedback regarding Caroline and the ELR Hathersage team! Regards, ELR.

GoogleDebra was very patient, kind and reassuring during the protracted sale of my late partner's flat. Despite setbacks and frustrations, Debra remained calm throughout. ELR ( Wickersley) staff are all very professional but as a seller, throughout my many conversations with them, I never felt that I was just another statistic. I thoroughly recommend their service and am truly thankful that I chose them.

TrustpilotAbsolute professionalism throughout
Absolute professionalism from start to finish We had the misfortune of having an unscrupulous buyer end of chain who caused misery and stress throughout the process
Thank you for this brilliant review! Leah is such a credit to the Banner Cross team and this will be shared with her. Regards, ELR

GoogleI could not recommend ELR if you would like to either sell or buy a house, this is the second house I have bought with their help and they also helped me sell my first home. Debra Draper was absolutely amazing during the whole process and helped it to move as smoothly as possible. Her communication was 10/10 and I’m so grateful I had her to help during what could have been a very stressful process. Thanks to the full team at ELR but special shoutout to Debra !

TrustpilotSold and bougth, quickly
ELR were selling a house that was ideal for us. So we asked them to sell our old house in order for us to purchase the new one. They did, in two weeks, at above our asking price. Very happy with that.
Thank you for your kind words, this feedback will be shared with the team. Regards, ELR.

TrustpilotGreat experience with ELR
Great experience selling our house with ELR. We found the company friendly and professional from our first contact with James through to completion. They did a really nice job with the marketing and photography securing a good number of viewings and offers. Once we had accepted an offer the communication on sales progress was first class. I was always sure of a friendly welcome when I called in at the Banner Cross office. Leah who dealt with our sale showed a strong personal commitment to helping us throughout the process. I can wholeheartedly recommend ELR.
Thank you for your feedback which will be passed on to the Banner Cross office - please free to name any individual staff member so we can tell them about your experience. Regards, ELR.

TrustpilotELR were very helpful in selling my house
ELR provided a very helpful service in selling my house. James was very informative and personable in our initial meeting, and made it easy for me to decide to use ELR. They made full use of their existing contacts and very soon I received an acceptable offer. Unfortunately that offer fell through, due to problems encountered by the buyer. I then was out of action for a couple of months after an operation, but ELR kept on with the sale and we soon got another buyer, and the sale was successfully completed. I should particularly mention the helpful and friendly attitude of the ELR staff I dealt with, especially Jenny who always kept me informed of developments and was unfailingly helpful whenever I contacted her.
Thank you for your kind feedback, it is great to hear that the team were so helpful and friendly. Regards, ELR.

GoogleCan't highly recommend this estate agent enough! When first wanting to buy a property, the estate agent we were greeted by (Olivia) was very friendly, smiling and warming on approach, she made feel at ease, no pressure or being forced to do anything. When we found our first home together to buy, Olivia always kept me in the loop of things with either phone calls or emails, even gave courtesy calls to see on how we were which was lovely! Even if Olivia wasn't available, everyone else that works at this branch are friendly and very helpful. We are happily settled into our new home with the help of this amazing team and would happily go with them again when we decide to move onto our next adventure!
