GoogleAbsolute joke, waiting a week to view a property then while waiting outside it on the day got a phone call saying they’d be a little late & then 10 minutes later got a voicemail saying they’d sold the house , no apologies or anything just asked if we wanted to go on waiting list with them , no thank you totally unprofessional & unorganised

Leon, Sorry about the appointment cancelling at the last minute. After I called you to confirm the appointment my colleague had just put the phone down to the corporate company who we are selling the property for. They were calling us to tell us to accept an offer we have had on the table for over a week. She had explained about your viewing (and one other for later in the week) but they just wanted us to accept the offer and proceed, so unfortunately it was completely out of our control. However, we have added you to the waiting list should the sale fall through & it come back to market.

GoogleEadon, Lockwood & Riddle dealt with the sale of my property in an understanding and diligent manner. They kept me informed of developments at all stages during the process. I particularly like the access sellers are given to the on-line Property File which summarises details of prospective buyers, viewings and bids. ELR helped minimise the stress involved in selling my property.
