GoogleCaroline, Holly & Kathryn recently handled the purchase of my first property and I am very grateful to them. Holly was the main agent I worked with, but they were all extremely helpful and informative. Thank you all for helping to make it a smooth and successful purchase.

GoogleThank you ELR you have made selling our mother's house as straightforward as it could possibly have been. Beginning with a realistic selling price we eventually sold it for more and far more quickly than expected. Your team have all been available when we had questions and communicated fully about viewing appointments and feedback. Excellent! Highly recommended.

GoogleELR Bakewell professional lovely people in my experience, from initial advice on pricing and finishing work to prepare it for sale, right through every aspect, drone shots etc etc. In an industry with a bit of a mixed reputation shall we say, they were standout.

FacebookWe cannot thank ELR enough. They listened to how we needed to sell our house, which involved the ELR team showing people around the house 50% of the time and only at certain times. And they were always available to show people around, there wasn’t ever a long wait for a prospective buyer. Our house sold quickly and efficiently, and when we we needed to talk to someone they were always there to answer our questions in a very professional but warm and thoughtful manner. Deep thanks to Jenny and James and the team. Having now sold our house, I can see the very real benefits of using a smaller independent local estate agent as opposed to a bigger company. ELR were quick to get the house on the market, this too was so efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending ELR and can only sing their praises.
