GoogleAbsolutely terrible estate agents. They do not have the tenants at their best interests. Never get back to you when you have an issue and nothing ever gets done. Very disappointing would not use these agents again and I would advise people against renting through this company.

Hello Vee Vee, I'm sorry that you feel ELR are terrible estate agents & felt you needed to write this review BUT we don't do lettings from our Wickersley office the tenants enquiries etc are all dealt with from our Sheffield lettings office. Let me know if you are still haviing any issues & I will contact them myself. Richard

GoogleThe valuation given for my property was 20% lower than the final selling price. I had valuations from 3 other agents There was a difference of £25000 between the highest and the lowest. ELR was £60000 below the lowest of the other 3 ! The ELR agent who visited was extremely negative about my property claiming it would be difficult to sell. It wasn’t. I have waited for the house to sell before posting a review.

Hermione, having tried to look you up on our system there is no record of us having done any business with you, please can you tell me the address of the property that was valued? (If you would rather not leave the address details on here, I would be happy to talk to you in the office during business hours.)

GoogleWe recently instructed ELR in Wickersley to sell one of our properties. The service and advice we have received from start to finish has been superb. Richard has been particularly helpful.

GoogleELR are the leaders in the Real estate market place certainly in Wickersley Rotherham, my experience during the sale of my property was enhanced by the professional input from ELR despite local solicitors "dragging their feet" and generally being pedantic. The staff at the Wickersley office were always there in support of what is generally described as the biggest upheaval in our lives. I would have no hesitation recommending ELR to my family, friends and business associates in the future, thanks to Richard and Ellianne, you will be pleased to hear that my sanity is intact, thank you !
