GoogleThe Hathersage office were brilliant in our recent house sale. I mostly dealt with Holly, but Caroline was also really helpful keeping Richard in the loop with the position on his purchase and our sale throughout. The quote for our sale was done very efficiently and in a professional manner by the Bakewell team, with a highly competitive commission rate offered and excellent publicity. Stephanie from Bakewell also handled any communications needed between us and our buyers, keeping both parties informed. Holly from the Hathersage team introduced our eventual buyers to us the day the house went on the market, as ELR were aware location was paramount to them and the sale agreed, subject to contract within days. Many thanks for all your help in this stressful process.

GoogleThe team at Hathersage were extremely helpful throughout the whole buying and selling process this year (2023). We were very happy with the service during, what felt like, a very stressful time for us. Holly, Caroline, Tim and Catherine were always so helpful and we could always get hold of someone at the office, if we had any questions. The team always knew what was going on during the process and we felt in good hands. The team chased, reported back and were very professional and communicative during the whole process and we really appreciated this, as we had a lot going on as a family. We recently needed another valuation on another property and the team, once again, helped us out with this incredibly promptly. Thank you for such a positive experience. We would definitely use ELR again in the future. The Hathersage branch are a really great team.

GoogleWhat can i say about ELR? Unfortunately there is not enough time or space to write about what a fabulous company these are. We put in our offer for a property being sold by them in October 2022 which was accepted . The buyers of our house however, were slow due to complications their end. However, ELR and the vendors completely understood, liaised with us on a regular basis and were not only professional but both were empathetic and patient and never once were we made to feel uncomfortable with this situation. We are now in May 23 and have at last exchanged contracts ready for a set in stone completion date. We had visited ELR before purchasing the property to ask to be put on a mailing list in which they were very thorough in finding out our exact needs and therefore never once felt the information being sent to us was a waste of time or not applicable. If I was selling a property I would use this company in a heartbeat. The only reason we didn't is because we are relocating from Nottingham and therefore used a local estate agent
