Dm and Co are the most friendly professional team i have come across.We had our property valued in February and although we have decided to not sell at the moment and to rent..DM and Co would be my first choice every time..They do not call you 10 times a day like i had with others and are truly honest..Hopefully together with Ann we will find a property we are looking for...Keeo up the great work!Thank you for all your help

DM and Co were a pleasure to deal with very professional, updates after every viewing. All the staff were helpful, we moved from another agent after 6 months as we had had no offers. Once DM&co took over the sale the property was sold within a few months.Can highly recommend this company.

I have just completed the sale of my house in Knowle. I chose DM & Co as my agents following an unsuccessful attempt using a national on-line agency.DM & Co were excellent throughout what was a protracted and difficult selling process due to the depressed state of the housing market and issues with the condition of the house which had been adapted for the use of my wife, who was severely disabled.Multiple viewings were expertly conducted by Anne Wood, who found several prospective buyers following failed completions, which occurred for reasons beyond our control.She was magnificent throughout. Always courteous and understanding and very responsive to my requirements.The back room staff, particularly Debbie and David, were similarly helpful and the whole experience, which could have been horrendous, was handled with professionalism and care.Given the amount of work involved, the fees charged were as agreed at the outset and were very modest for the amount of work involved.I would not hesitate to use DM & Co again in the future, should I need to and would thoroughly recommend anyone else to do so.I could. not have done better. I wish Dominic and his team the very best wishes.

Before I used DM&Co i used another local agent, this agent were cheaper, always polite and professional, but they just couldn't get a sale in months.I was recommend to use DM&Co, within 3 days of an open house sale I had two offers, we had the usual issues with buyers and first one fell through and the second finally came through.The difference with this house sale was the unusual circumstances in which I had to sell the property for the family which was totally emotional.I wish to thank David who carried out the chasing when required and especially to Ann who started and finished the process and also worked through covid 19 to get the sale done.Thank you Guys for standing by me.

After recently completing on the sale of my property. I can not recommended DM and Co highly enough. Dominic and his team provided a professional yet personal service. I was kept up to date every step of the way during my sale, and there was always someone on the end of a phone, or email, to answer any questions quickly and helpfully. Given the current situation with the covid-19 pandemic, I have to give them extra credit for their continued hard work and professionalism getting the sale through. I would not hesitate to recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future. The whole team have great local knowledge and were there to talk to throughout the sale, making what can be a stressful process a little less so!

I’ve been dealing with this agency for the past 5 years, and once again they’ve proven the worst agency/agents ever. I deal with their branch in Surrey Quays, London, and their service is amongst the worst I’ve ever had in any kind of customer service, plus their incompetence is beyond belief.We’ve had the name of the lead tenant changed from the DPS for someone who doesn't even live here. DPS tells us the agency requested the name, (which the agency rudely denied) and then we find out that only 1 of the current tenants has the name in the DPS although the deposit has obviously been payed by the 3 of us. On top of that, after showing our obvious concern with the situation, we’re told by the agency not to worry, because “it should be fine”. Disgraceful!!!STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

The worst Agency ever. They looking every way to win your deposit. Please do never work with them. I was renting a small studio flat. When i first entered the flat the bath was a bit cracked. I never reported cause i thought they know about that. By the time this cracked became worst and worst. When i left property i did changed the bath with my own costs , i cleaned the property with professional cleaning service. Above that they said me that they put other people to clean it again cause it was not cleaned enough, and this cost was 240 pounds, finally i paid for that as well. Before all of these they said me i need to send keys via post to their agency. I did send it to them. After i payed the bath and the cleaning services, they said me that they need to keep some deposit because the keys has not arrived to their office and i didnt send the proof of postage which they never said me that it need to be posted with recorded post or to send them proof of postage. They are Scams do never work with them guys, they don't care how you feel or anything they just want to steal money from you.

We were recommended to DM&Co and they certainly did not disappoint.We had previously been with a different agent and not getting much interest but the sales team at DM&Co brought in prospective buyers by thinking out of the box. The sales team took the time to get as much information about our house as they could and super sales lady Ann always gave us feedback at the end of a viewing.Once we accepted an offer Debbie took over with making sure that the process of exchange was as smooth as possible. At no point did we have to contact her to ask what was going on, she always kept us up to date.We feel that the DM&Co Team work hard to keep themselves up to date with the market and they also seemed to have background knowledge of the viewers they showed around. We moved at the beginning of March so missed the uncertainty that the market is in right now. If any Agent can help you buy and sell during these coming months it will be this Team. We wish them all well and are sure that they will rise to the challenge.

Everyone I dealt with at DM & Co. Homes was professional yet friendly. The feedback I got at every stage of the process was something I have not experienced with other agents.Due to unforeseen circumstances, the sale process was delayed several times, yet at no stage did I sense any frustration or experience a reduction in the level of service from anyone. Frankly, I would have forgiven them for getting fed up!I decided to work with DM & Co. Homes even though they were more expensive than other agents, because I got the impression they would do a better job. To be honest, they were even better than I anticipated. I would unreservedly recommend DM & Co. Homes to anyone buying or selling a property. Keep up the good work guys!

DM & Co helped to sell my late fathers home and even managed to ensure that the sale completed during this concerning Covid 19 period. At all points in my dealings with DM & Co - from my initial enquiry by phone to arrange a valuation and visit to the final stages of the sale journey - all members of staff that I interacted with and met were extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest, helpful, friendly and easy to work with. The sale particulars were developed quickly and accurately and changes and updates undertaken immediately. These particulars really did make the most of the house. Both Debbie and Ann went above and beyond when the initial buyer could no longer purchase the property; during the viewings when a potential electrical overheating issue was identified and I was informed immediately and they helped to resolve, and during the final stages of the sale which took place in March 2020, during the COVID 19 crisis, where last minute hurdles were overcome by communication with the buyer and ensuring a COVD 19 safe key exchange with the buyer on completion day. I think the main difference that I have found with DM & Co as compared to agents I've previously used, in addition to the above elements, is the fact that at no point did I need to chase them for updates or for clarification on progress with particulars, viewings or the sale in general - they were proactive and timely throughout. Unfortunately once again America succumbs to its usual 2-dimensional plots and characters with yet another load of revenge programming loaded with a heavy dose of violence. Predictably, the line is clearly defined between good and evil. Each episode we can look forward to inventive ways in which a healthy cross section of races kill evil Nazis, executing them with catchy one-liners and witty monologues. Most of this garbage rests on a good Jewish teenager who joins a team of what seems like movie extras in order to track down the evildoers and plot their demise.

Shambles what this company think they can do.They honestly don't know what they are doing, I had to deal with Worcester Park branch but even their head office didn't make a better effort either to jump in to rectify the issues caused by Cenar and then Chris. They are not professional at all, so unorganised it's painful and they really think they can get away with lies (basically they take you as a mug?!), thinking the more they talk (bs it's called! 99%) it counts as good costumer service . I had to ask legal advice in the end and only then they started listening...such a nightmare experience I wouldn't wish to this to anyone else.

Very unprofessional company who bully young tenants into doing their dirty work for them to give them less work to do for the next tenants. Very unhelpful and ignorant staff who work in the offices who dont even Acknowledge that you're there when you walk in. Would recommend avoiding dealing with these at all costs.

They drop your house price without asking, they get your house details wrong and refuse to change them, they made us do all the viewings ourselves, then they won’t let you leave after the contract has ended, only way to get any response is to comment on Instagram, the manager is rude and will lie to your face about the contract details and won’t take any responsibility for her actions

Really poor service from Slough office make appointments then don't turn up. But keep calling you to make sure you get to the property. Really rude staff very condescending and just are a bunch of liars.
