GoogleAbsolutely fantastic experience with DM & Co! As tenants, finding an estate agency that genuinely cares can be incredibly rare, but the team at DM & Co has been an absolute breath of fresh air. In particular, Martin and Tamara are wonderful to deal with. They are professional, approachable, and always go above and beyond to ensure any queries or maintenance issues are sorted out quickly and without any fuss. It is so refreshing to have such a brilliant, efficient team in charge. They completely take the stress out of renting and make us feel valued as tenants. GoogleWe were recently searching for a rental property. We saw one we liked on Rightmove; the letting agent was DM&C in Solihull. We initially spoke to Evie, who arranged our initial viewing. She didn't have room for us at first, as they had a full compliment of viewers, however, she said she would call me if they had a cancellation, and indeed she did. I didn't think for a moment she would, and we were really grateful that she took the time to contact us and enable is to view the property. Madi showed us around. She was so welcoming and informative about the property. We really liked the house, but we had never rented before, so she explained broadly about how we could apply, which we did that afternoon. We were accepted the next day, which was when we were passed to Chiana to look after our application etc. Chiana was absolutely brilliant, we asked lots of probably stupid questions, but nothing was too much trouble for her. She was very knowledgeable and enabled us to get through the process as smoothly as possible, ready to be in a position to collect the keys. All three girls who helped us through the whole process, Evie, Madi and Chiana, were so lovely and made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. A great experience!

GoogleHaving previously rented in London, I was not always happy with the service or professionalism provided by other estate agencies. However, DM & Co. Homes has an amazing team whose members genuinely care about every customer, regardless of the size of their requirements. I have personally worked in the real estate sector, including Build to Rent, for over 12 years, and I can confidently give DM & Co. Homes 5+ stars. Highly recommended!

GoogleI have always had a good experience with DM&Co. Communication is timely, they are very proactive regarding urgent repairs and regular maintenance. They keep up to date with changing regulations and make sure the property is compliant.They have always found good tenants in the 10+ years I have been with them. Recently they have raised their fees and whilst I can't comment on how they compare with other agencies I do feel that it is now a bit expensive and explains 4 rather than 5 stars. Tamara and Russell are both very professional and they do go above and beyond to deliver an excellent service. I know my property is in good hands and that gives me peace of mind which has no price!

GoogleHuge thanks to Chiara, Madie, and Evie for making our recent move so seamless! Relocating into a new home can be incredibly stressful, but the whole team was quick, efficient, and always on the other end of the line ready to answer any questions I had. A special shoutout has to go to Chiara, who really went out of her way to make sure all the details were sorted so I could get the keys and move in exactly on our target date. Everything went incredibly smoothly thanks to her extra effort. Highly recommend this team if you want a totally stress-free experience!

This was something I was pleasantly surprised by, especially after a difficult experience elsewhere while trying to find a property. Their communication was fast, straightforward, clear, and concise throughout. At a time when my family and I were still reeling from having been scammed through a previous rental attempt on OpenRent, DM & Co’s customer service helped restore our confidence and gave us much-needed peace of mind. It is hard to put a value on that. Everyone we dealt with at the office was an absolute pleasure to speak with, especially Russell and Tamara, who were both helpful, reassuring, and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend DM & Co to anyone looking for a lettings agent, whether for residential or commercial property. GoogleWe’ve been in our new home for about 4 months now, and our experience with DM & Co has been excellent from start to finish. From the first viewing to moving in, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The whole process felt smooth and well organised, which took a lot of stress out of moving. ❤️ What has impressed us most is the level of service after moving in. Any issues or questions we’ve had since have been dealt with quickly, and it’s clear that the team genuinely cares about both the property and its tenants. We’ve rented well-managed properties before, but the professionalism and responsiveness we’ve experienced here have been among the best we’ve encountered.
