Great experience from start to finish

From the first time I contacted DM&Co to arrange a viewing on what turned out to be our future home, they were great. We had the viewing booked in with Ann Wood who looked after us throughout the entire journey. Ann was incredible to work with as she was kind, knowledgeable and helped us with any questions or concerns we had. We felt confident working with this estate agent from the very beginning and never had any real issues. Not that we plan to move anytime again soon, but if we were to, we wouldn’t hesitate to use DM&Co.

The DM & Co Solihull Best Estate Agency I Have Dealt With in the UK. I cannot recommends Homes highly enough. Having dealt with other estate agencies in the UK, I can genuinely say that DM & Co. stands out on a completely different level. The professionalism, efficiency, communication, and genuine care shown by the entire team are simply outstanding. A very special thank you goes to Ann. She is exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, proactive, responsible, and incredibly efficient. She clearly knows her job inside out. Ann Wood was always on top of everything, constantly following things up, communicating with everyone involved, and making sure the process kept moving forward. Moving for the first time in 34 years !

We are moving for the first time in 34 years and so the choice of estate agent was fundamental to making the scary process manageable. We had had some contact with DM&Co over years for a variety of reasons and always found them approachable and very professional so choosing to work with them was an easy decision. Matt has been our lead contact and has held our hands very well so in the process…he is ably supported by the team and a special mention for Emma who has managed the paperwork part of the process brilliantly. We decided to use DM&co, as we thought Peter was extremely good at guiding us through the process of selling a house and gave us a very realistic value of our home. We were then assisted by Emma and then the photographer and floor planner were extremely professional and friendly. I could not fault the service provided…

I could not fault the service provided by Ann, at DM & Co, estate agents for the Sellers, when purchasing my house. Ann was always at the end of a phone, even on her days off, and continually "turned the handle" to keep up momentum and ensured everyone in the chain was informed and updated real-time. Regardless of me not being "her client", Ann provided a faultless service to me, and all parties in the chain, and at all times conducted herself with professionalism, warmth and good humour, whilst consistently going above and beyond. To the extent that Ann is working at DM & Co when I sell a property in the future I would engage them without hesitation.

A professional sale experience

I have dealt with DM&Co on two occasions, one buying a house 4 years ago and now more recently in selling the same house. Kathy Griffiths is professional,pragmatic, and tenacious. Her vast experience in selling premium homes shines through to manage difficult situations with humour, calm and determination, She is a pleasure to deal with, in what is always a trying and potentially stressful period of change. Kathy has on both occasions been very well supported by the team at DM & Co. Best service from DM&Co

I was told selling your house can be seriously stressful so i was over the moon with how our experience panned out. Ann was such a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. She sold our house before it even went on the market, we were pleasantly surprised and then it was all systems go. We decided to also go with one of their recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors and both provided excellent service throughout the process. Ann’s commitment, support and friendly service from start to finish was really appreciated and another reason why if we did sell again we would be calling her up in a heart beat.

I have now sold and also brought a house from D M and Co in the last 6 months! Perfect experience both times! Special thanks to Rav my estate agent for getting my house across the line! We appointed DM & Co to market our property. From the beginning Kathy was very engaging, honest in her appraisal of our home and the prevailing market conditions. She provided an air of confidence that the property would sell at the asking price and, as we felt that confidence too, we decided to appoint DM. The early photo shoot and video tour was extremely professional. We met Rav who presented the video and who would be our day to day contact. She was also engaging and kept us updated as we moved forward. I also felt that they were both very good at sharing communications between me and the buyers in the chain and making sure the buyers were fully engaged in the process. We had quite a long chain, and these are always difficult to manage. In the end our house was formally listed in February and completed in early May. So a good job, especially as economic factors were starting to affect sentiment. So for a personal, hands-on, professional service we would recommend fully. S & S P

DM & Co were initially the agent for the house we wanted to buy and we were selling with someone else. But in fact we then swapped agents to sell our house with them too, and throughout the process, their interactions with us were always thorough, timely and so helpful. We had a wonderful experience when selling our property in Solihull via DM&Co. Most noticeable quality you experience with DM is the personal touch in a world where, with time & financial restraints that's becoming rare. They have time for you.
