From the first time I contacted DM&Co to arrange a viewing on what turned out to be our future home, they were great. We had the viewing booked in with Ann Wood who looked after us throughout the entire journey. Ann was incredible to work with as she was kind, knowledgeable and helped us with any questions or concerns we had. We felt confident working with this estate agent from the very beginning and never had any real issues. Not that we plan to move anytime again soon, but if we were to, we wouldn’t hesitate to use DM&Co.

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic experience with DM & Co! As tenants, finding an estate agency that genuinely cares can be incredibly rare, but the team at DM & Co has been an absolute breath of fresh air. In particular, Martin and Tamara are wonderful to deal with. They are professional, approachable, and always go above and beyond to ensure any queries or maintenance issues are sorted out quickly and without any fuss. It is so refreshing to have such a brilliant, efficient team in charge. They completely take the stress out of renting and make us feel valued as tenants. I cannot recommend DM & Co highly enough, thank you, Martin, Tamara, and the rest of the team for the stellar service!

I cannot thank the DM&CO team enough for their support in selling our family home and buying a new one while going through a divorce. It was a very challenging time for me, and from our very first conversation they treated the situation with discretion, sensitivity, and professionalism. Their expertise was evident throughout. Communication was clear and prompt, viewings were handled smoothly, and negotiations were managed with skill and fairness. Where the process became complicated, they found practical solutions and kept everything moving forward without added stress. What set them apart, however, was their humanity. They went well above what could be expected of an estate agent, offering patience, understanding, and genuine kindness when it mattered most. They never made me feel like just another transaction. Every call and message reflected real care for our circumstances. I would recommend them without hesitation They made a very difficult chapter far easier to navigate, and for that I am sincerely grateful. Five stars, and well deserved.

1 bed property Sparks Close, Dagenham, RM8 - Landlord and hunters agent where complicit in illegal procedures regarding discrimination. We went through all the paper work and wasted 2 weeks till they call me and tell me the Landlord dont want a baby in the property. Don't trust them slow untrust worthy. And definitely dont rent the sparks close 1 bed property, Landlord seems like a handful save your self

GoogleWe were recently searching for a rental property. We saw one we liked on Rightmove; the letting agent was DM&C in Solihull. We initially spoke to Evie, who arranged our initial viewing. She didn't have room for us at first, as they had a full compliment of viewers, however, she said she would call me if they had a cancellation, and indeed she did. I didn't think for a moment she would, and we were really grateful that she took the time to contact us and enable is to view the property. Madi showed us around. She was so welcoming and informative about the property. We really liked the house, but we had never rented before, so she explained broadly about how we could apply, which we did that afternoon. We were accepted the next day, which was when we were passed to Chiana to look after our application etc. Chiana was absolutely brilliant, we asked lots of probably stupid questions, but nothing was too much trouble for her. She was very knowledgeable and enabled us to get through the process as smoothly as possible, ready to be in a position to collect the keys. All three girls who helped us through the whole process, Evie, Madi and Chiana, were so lovely and made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. A great experience!

GoogleHaving previously rented in London, I was not always happy with the service or professionalism provided by other estate agencies. However, DM & Co. Homes has an amazing team whose members genuinely care about every customer, regardless of the size of their requirements. I have personally worked in the real estate sector, including Build to Rent, for over 12 years, and I can confidently give DM & Co. Homes 5+ stars. Highly recommended!

This company doesn't seem to care either about their prospective customers or their existing landlords. I have an outstanding issue with their poor tenant management at a property that they have let for a number of years and their failure to recover documented damage after the tenant vacated the property. Nobody is answering my emails. The owner has notified his landlords that yet another staff member has left the company, they are notorious for being unable to retain staff. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Viewed a rental property. I wanted to proceed but then told they wanted to collect more interest and no communication whatsoever. Absolute shocking service and wouldn't recommend at all. Thankfully I got no further with my application, well I guess I don't know cause they never come back to me. What a joke!!
