I recently bought a property through Darren, and he was excellent from start to finish. He is a straight-talking, no-nonsense agent who tells it like it is and doesn't waste your time. He made the entire purchasing process smooth, transparent, and completely stress-free. If you want an agent who gets the job done without the usual fluff, I highly recommend Darren from Hayes branch

GoogleI have always had a good experience with DM&Co. Communication is timely, they are very proactive regarding urgent repairs and regular maintenance. They keep up to date with changing regulations and make sure the property is compliant.They have always found good tenants in the 10+ years I have been with them. Recently they have raised their fees and whilst I can't comment on how they compare with other agencies I do feel that it is now a bit expensive and explains 4 rather than 5 stars. Tamara and Russell are both very professional and they do go above and beyond to deliver an excellent service. I know my property is in good hands and that gives me peace of mind which has no price!

The DM & Co Solihull Best Estate Agency I Have Dealt With in the UK. I cannot recommends Homes highly enough. Having dealt with other estate agencies in the UK, I can genuinely say that DM & Co. stands out on a completely different level. The professionalism, efficiency, communication, and genuine care shown by the entire team are simply outstanding. A very special thank you goes to Ann. She is exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, proactive, responsible, and incredibly efficient. She clearly knows her job inside out. Ann Wood was always on top of everything, constantly following things up, communicating with everyone involved, and making sure the process kept moving forward. Chiara, Evie, Ariella, and Wendy have been fantastic throughout our entire tenancy. From booking the initial viewing, to formalising the agreement, all the way through the tenancy itself, right up to terminating it at the end - every step was handled smoothly and professionally. The whole team was very friendly, very accommodating, and genuinely helpful whenever we needed them. We always felt well looked after. Couldn't recommend them more highly!

We are moving for the first time in 34 years and so the choice of estate agent was fundamental to making the scary process manageable. We had had some contact with DM&Co over years for a variety of reasons and always found them approachable and very professional so choosing to work with them was an easy decision. Matt has been our lead contact and has held our hands very well so in the process…he is ably supported by the team and a special mention for Emma who has managed the paperwork part of the process brilliantly. Making a potentially challenging process easy to follow and get sorted - BIG thanks! So, if you are worried about the prospect of moving house, give DM & Co a call and I am sure they will de delighted to help.

We decided to use DM&co, as we thought Peter was extremely good at guiding us through the process of selling a house and gave us a very realistic value of our home. We were then assisted by Emma and then the photographer and floor planner were extremely professional and friendly. From then on Anne was our point of contact and helped so much in dealing with problems, to make sure the sale progressed. Everybody at the firm we dealt with were very professional and friendly. Relocating into a new home can be incredibly stressful, but the whole team was quick, efficient, and always on the other end of the line ready to answer any questions I had.
