DM & Co made buying my first house a smooth and efficient process from start to finish. We were always kept up to date and felt supported throughout the whole process. We also took advantage of their mortgage broker, who for first time buyers made mortgages/finances a lot less daunting! Great local company, who unlike other larger estate agents, made sure to give us 100% of their time and support. Thank you!

I've moved home about 12 times and always been disappointed with the estate agents . NOT WITH DM! They're really nice, very professional and have great strategies to help sell your house quickly, at the best price. Mine was on the market for about 2 weeks and I had 3 simultaneous competing offers. Post sale, they went the extra mile to help smooth the path to completion. Had a viewing at a property in Shirley with this agent. Was refreshing to see an energetic young man with lots of information on the property, he'd gone to a lot of effort, windows open, lights were on and didn't follow me around which was nice, if i was the vendor i would have been impressed too, a nice balance, not too pushy, not disinterested as some can be, a refreshing chance well done DM & Co, thumbs up from me!!!!

We were recommended this small estate agency and we were originally apprehensive about using them at the time, and considered staying with a larger well known company, however I am so glad we stuck with them. With these guys you get such a fantastic personal and one to one approach that many of the other companies lack. Each viewing there was always someone with me and there was always a friendly voice with each of my stressing and numerous calls. I did order them with so many calls!!! Not once did they show signs of annoyance from my persistent questions which I had received from the bigger well known names. And how fast and hard they work!!! 3 offers within as many days! Despite previously being with a larger company who hadn't even got the ball rolling within a week! And it doesn't just stop once they have your money, the after care is second to none and I honestly cannot fault them. Hopefully we won't be moving elsewhere for a while but would not look to use anyone but them if we do! Thanks so much for helping such a stressful and manic time be so easy and smooth.

I have had numerous dealings with DM & Co. My in-laws were trying to sell their property with another agent but were having no luck at all. I recommended they spoke to Dom and DM & Co, which they did. DM & Co took over the the sale of the property and sold it straight away, no hassle... I also toyed with the idea of selling my property so asked Dom to assist. They carried out a valuation for me and were extremely efficient with the process.In the end I decided not to sell, but would highly recommend DM&Co to anyone who is looking to buy or sell.In my opinion they are by far the best estate agent in Shirley/Solihull...Keep up the good work guys

I contacted DM&Co when looking at options with my property; they carried out a valuation and ran through everything I needed to understand. Every aspect of their service was delivered in a timely and efficient matter. In the end I decided against selling my property, however would thoroughly recommend DM&Co's service to anyone who's considering it.

FacebookExcellent service throughout the whole process, from the very first meeting to heading over our keys. After losing all hope of selling our property it was Olivia and Daniel to the rescue! Friendly and professional service, would recommend to any one thinking of selling their property. Special mention to Shawanna in the office who was always so helpful and cheery on the phone!

GoogleBe very careful! A bunch of fools, cheaters and thieves. Dozens of messages and half a year of trying to get my money back. Only starting a court case helped and they returned the money. The worst agency I have ever been.

The person who was involved with the respective situations is no longer generally associated with the Company and although she had her own style of trying to help potential Tenants, I am concerned that these people had cause to complain about our service shortcomings. When I started the company 17 years ago, our aim was always to provide the highest customer service satisfaction. GoogleThe worst agency I have ever been. The lady in the office very rude and she threaten me. They keep your deposit and dont't want to give it back after end of tenancy.

GoogleVery bad service!! Stuff is really rude, unhelpful! I won't come back any more! I had an appointment to see a flat. I had 2 minutes to see and than she asked me to leave. Tenant still was in a flat, wanted to ask him and lady from agency started shout on me! Can't speak with no one, and all questions just in office. Lady from agency made me angry! I hadn't patience - just left. Hardly not recommend!

GoogleThe WORST customer service I have ever experienced! Very rude female staff member, who stated she was the Managing Director. She had no respect for us as customers, made us feel unwelcome after travelling 90 mins to view a 3 bedroom property. The staff member looked at us and told us we were not suitable for the property and stated she didn't want to show us the property, after we had given all our requirements and details over the phone. We are three professional females with full-time jobs, so I found this unbelievable. When we were finally allowed to see the property, it was in no liveable condition, smelt strongly of smoke, dirty and unclean. We were not allowed to take any photos of the property. I was appalled with her attitude and behaviour towards us, as well as the standard of properties the company felt were acceptable to advertise. I would not want anyone else to experience this sort of service, so I strongly advise AVOIDING this agency if you want to be respected and treated fairly as a tenant, as she seemed to view potential tenants as the enemies, which is a very odd business strategy for a letting agency!

GoogleVery unprofessional staff lack of communication skills and ability , had the most casual attitude towards my need, really felt unwanted in the office. No call to inform cancellation of viewing nor a reminder for the viewing. Don't feel like stepping in that office again. Please don't bother to visit the office if you want to feel valued for doing business with them. I wish i could give them negative ratings but don't have the option, hence the 1 or definitely a negative 10
