We viewed several properties with Olivia and whilst we didn't purchase any of them (as they were not quite right for us) the service we received was really excellent. We viewed one property three times and never once felt rushed to make a decision! We looked at several houses in Hollywood and Wythall and the service from DM & Co was by far the best as some agencies did rush us through a viewing and that was not good at all for the people trying to sell. If we ever move again, I would definitely entrust my sale to DM & Co and would recommend to friends without hesitation.

I am a first time buyer and have just worked with D M & Homes to buy a shared ownership property. As a first time buyer, they were perfect. All of my queries were answered, they made the process as smooth as possible and kept constant communication to inform me of any issues, and how the process was going. I would highly reccomend them to any one that is buying a property!

Can’t thank Dan and the team enough for all their help. We sold our home through purple bricks and bought through DM & Co. We really weren't sure about the process and steps that were involved in buying a home, and DM & Co we’re so helpful through every step of the way. They explained anything we were unsure of, nothing was too much for them. I feel without the team, especially Dan, we would have been a lot more stressed! If we were to move again (hopefully not just yet) we would definitely list with DM & Co, their service is outstanding, and they made the whole process a lot easier. Couldnt recommend them highly enough.

From the outset Dan and the team at DM & Co were excellent. Buying a new home is a stressful time and Dan was very professional and was very helpful and always very calm . He made the process a lot less stressful than we have experienced with previous sales with different agents. He would always reply to my enquiries really promptly . He is an asset to the company & we will definitely recommend Dan & the team & will certainly like Dan to sell our house in the future when we move again.

GoogleI have recently used the services of DM and Co to find my new home. I did not know them beforehand so am totally unbiased. I can honestly say that they really are true professionals and treated me with utmost respect, integrity and most importantly did not charge me the outlandish fees that other agents appear to charge. They attract good landlords too which is a bonus- to find a decent landlord. Highly recommend them!

I truly was extremely sorry to read the negative reviews. The person who was involved with the respective situations is no longer generally associated with the Company and although she had her own style of trying to help potential Tenants, I am concerned that these people had cause to complain about our service shortcomings. When I started the company 17 years ago, our aim was always to provide the highest customer service satisfaction. I would very much like the chance to assist them again personally and hope that they will give me this opportunity to show what we are really about and to leave a lasting, positive impression with them. GoogleI am a landlord who used DM& Co for 4 years but was forced to use another agency in the end. Generally they were ok but communication was a major issue from the company. I really hope you turn it around.
