Lovely people to deal with , always pleasant and helpful even when they are really busy . I dealt mostly with David and Ann both of whom always rang back if they said they were going to which is more than my solicitor did. I would recommend them to anyone .

I give you 5 stars for being on top of fools list. Never seen anyone dodging viewing appointment times. I registered my wife's details to book a viewing appointment and the lady on the phone lost her details 3 times and I had to repeat and then she contacted my wife to arrange an appointment for 15:15 and no one turned up. I phoned the office and they said you are one hour late as the appointment was at 14:15 and we sent you an email but email had no date and time. absolutely rubbish. Kimberley on the phone was very rude and unhelpful. All she had in her mouth was "you are late" when we were before the time they gave to my wife. Please if you want peace of mind then don't go to this place. Thank you

DM&Co were our onward purchase agents and I can not rate them highly enough, especially David. Great communication and professionalism throughout, which is crucial during an already stressful house buying process. I will not hesitate to use them again if we were to sell our property.

Appalling letting and estate agents, stay well clear. Gave out 2 sets of keys to builders when property was being refurbished , builder locked themselves out , all the keys on the one key chain which hunters had given out resulting in locks being changed. Came from London to have an appointment at the property to go over the refurbishment and get back on the market , Tracey did not turn up despite confirming with her several times the few days before, sales department no better , when discussing looking to see the boy said all leasehold properties are worthless and unsaleable due to cladding, wouldn’t listen or couldn’t understand our property did not have cladding and just said it was worthless as soon as he knew it was leasehold. Utter rubbish. Terrible estate and letting agents, terrible communication , they just cannot be bothered. Oh still have the tenants deposit after a month as we claimed for cleaning on it, they can’t be bothered chasing up the dps for that either nor will respond about it. Again can’t be bothered stay clear. Vile !

We used DM & Co to sell our house and whilst at first the sale was pretty straightforward, towards the critical stage of exchange and complete we had a few headaches. This was due to one of the buyers lower down in the chain experiencing some challenges with paperwork. During this time David Master and his colleague stepped up to the mark and helped us enormously, with professionalism, support and kept on the case to ensure we were kept informed of the events that were taking place. We eventually exchanged and completed, and I can only thank David for his great sense of humour and tenacity in ensuring we did get there. DM & Co are a busy estate agent, but they do support you in those very critical times, which is so important and we would not hesitate to use them again.

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone looking to sell. Have no interest in a fair bidding system it’s all about who you know with them. Even when the seller would receive more for their house. AVOID

After trying other agents, DM &Co are head and shoulders above the rest. We felt looked after throughout the process and the team were always helpful if we had any questions. From the viewings to he final sale it was a great service and would always recommend them. We wish we had used them from the start. Special thank you to David for all his help

Absolute clowns! Always have a attitude, never want to sort any issues with the property. I left the property 2 month ago and they aren't releasing my deposit, talking about damage when I have emails from them accepting it wasn't my fault. Avoid!

GoogleVery very disappointed in the service. Dominic just can't deliver what is promised. Actually very nice staff in the office but you just cant get hold of them. It took nearly a week to take my property off Rightmove and then I was told I had to pay their fee! Steer clearNegativeQuality, Professionalism

Hi James, I am sorry to read the review that you have posted. We at the time of managing your property - were absolutely stretched beyond the point of being able to manage the 1000 incoming calls a day. Whilst this is too late in the day for you, the team has risen from 8 to 20 and is no longer tripping its self up with the volume of business that we were trying to deal with off the back of the SDLT Holiday that put pressure upon us and many other agents nationwide. Extremely bad service. They served me with a section 21 notice but informed me of the wrong date of termination back in June. This caused me to leave the house a month earlier than I had to AND paid for a full months extra rent when I was not in the property. And now despite having left the property in august I am still receiving rental invoices from them. Despite informing them of the problem each time they still havnt resolved it!A few years ago they switched to an online portal for reporting issues with the property that is awful as well.

One of the worst estate agents I’ve ever dealt with!!!... I’ve bought many properties over my time but this company in Oldham are ruining the chances of any potential buyers for there vendors! The manager Joanne and her assistants are unhelpful, patronising and very unprofessional, I feel for the people who are trying to sell there properties through them!

Avoid at all costs bad communication problems have to keep chasing them.Agreed figure on Friday to let one bedroom property on Monday increased amount by £750 not acceptable or professional.Still not had proper viewing of property at this point sad to say they least bad experience all round.The only prompt response i had from them was an e.mail with a holding charge invoice attached ten minutes after calling to place an interest in viewing the property 🤔🙄
