My partner and I have been living at a property managed by DM & Co for almost 3 years now. They are a great estate agency. Tamara especially is always very responsive and kind. The few times we had problems with our property, we got a response very quickly and had everything resolved. Now that we are moving out as we were able to purchase our first property, Tamara genuinely seemed very happy that we were able to achieve this goal of ours. Russell has been working with us to ensure viewings were safe for everyone involved with the ongoing lockdown. Overall, we would certainly recommend renting through DM & Co.

People be alert avoid at all cost like covid. Do not deal with the bradford shipley branch previously Bentleys. Dishonest timewasters that just do not care. They lie and cheat to impress for their own gain. Mis advice vendors to sell to buyers who are friends/associates. Dont waste your time and emotions I did. Wish I and vendors had checked the previous reviews would not have wasted time and money.

We've had a faultless experience working with Ann and Warren at DM&Co. Warren was super quick to get our property back on the market after a brief hiatus and Ann and the team were very efficient in setting up the viewings for us. Estate Agents are ten a penny…

Why do estate agents have such a bad name as mercenaries, leeches, wide-boys in flashy suits and cars? Most of them probably deserve such labelling. They are ten-a-penny, just look at the local newspapers, full of adverts for the multitude of them out there...yet when engaged, they are plugged into one of the most important, value based, emotional transaction in most peoples lives! So it is important if you have to use them that you get it right, they can make such a difference on price achieved/paid, the intermediaries in negotiation reducing your stress and greasing the progress of the transaction getting to a successful conclusion. In most cases, they are a necessary evil...like having to go to the dentist....but it's important to select the best. DM&Co are first class, David steers the sales ship well, Ann went over and above and even on her days off to ensure that we were kept informed of progress on the recent sale, she interfaced well between us and our buyers, almost part of the family, resulting in a very smooth transaction. Just would not have happened without DM&Co

2020 seemed a good year to move house and having accepted an offer in early January, we contacted DM & Co with regards to viewing a couple of properties they were marketing. From the off Ann was great.She really got to grips with what we wanted from our new home and why and then worked hard to get us exactly what we were looking for, with several viewings of houses we liked arranged all over just a few days. The first property that we had an offer accepted on didn't work out 12 weeks later. Then came Coronavirus and lockdown.Throughout it all, both Ann and David really supported us with regular updates and eventually, we had an offer accepted on a property that we had previously viewed with Ann. Despite solicitors on furlough and everything on stop, they worked tirelessly to get the move into our new home over the line, helping us keep our buyer who had patiently waited 33 weeks!We are really grateful for everything they did for us and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone either looking to list or for help in finding their ideal home in the Solihull area.

We just completed and moved into our new home and been working with Kathy and the rest of the team since the back end of 2019, who overall have been really helpful, straightforward to deal with and do what they can do to get things done. Kathy gave us good advice on the local area and schools, she was prompt with her communication, and she tried her best to intermediate when things got a bit hairy during lockdown with all the delays and difficulties. Hi I'm an international student was in search of a room and approached hunters for letting, the agent was very kind and generous and showed the room and it was good house too I and my brothers were interested so we gave the deposit to agent But after that owner rejected us to not give the property with some issues that he wanted a couple in there. So, we thought to leave the home and asked the agent about deposit. He said he will transfer the amount within evening but he did not transfer instead told that we won't get money back due to some I issues. We were literally no where on earth we did not have money and home. So we found home somewhere by gods grace and then we called the agent and made him to speak to our well known and kind woman and then he he was ready to give amount but he couldn't transfer amount within time.He used to just say I'm transferring amount by today tommorow and it went on. So, it has been 20 days since we are approaching the hunters but no reply to mails and not receiving the calls at all. Today also he said that he will transfer amount by evening we are stuck in between his promises. So, I request everyone not to believe hunters so easily think many times before giving him money. I'm ashamed that how can they betray someone who has come to study here in this beautiful country.

Very poor experience with hunters

Very poor experience with hunters, they delayed our process throughout, they didn’t request searches until week 6 of process when everyone else was ready to complete, 3 weeks later we’re all still sat waiting for a move date due to this. They fobbed us off all the way through blaming others parties when in fact once checking with people such as local authority the delays were with this solicitor. We will never buy/ sell with anyone using these solicitors again worse moving experience of my life (and I’ve moved a lot)

Avoid if you can!

Future tenants! Please avoid this company if you can, specially the office located in Surrey Quays.I've rent a room with them as one of my ex-friends had an Apartment with them, they asked me to pay £250 for a "references" which I did at that time but never received any contract from them & give the deposit of the room to the main tenant,( I did receive a notification from the DPS, informing the deposit was received and "secured" but it was put it to a different property, I didn't really pay much attention at that time as I've trusted the company and DPS) it was ok for me at that time as I will be lmoving with my friend anyway (wrong mistake!) April 2020, I've received an email from DPS to claim my deposit which I did, I've explained everything in details, providing all the evidence an information but nothing has been resolve, they just "throwing the ball" to different people. Such a disappointment!! The company acts with such a dodgy behaviours.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!! Has caused nothing but stress and disappointment. Staff seem clueless, unprofessional and non caring. They will never get back to you or keep you updated on your application. So if you do want to deal with them be prepared to make A LOT of phone calls. Personally i would avoid at all costs and go elsewhere!!!
