As first time buyers my partner and I were a bit unsure however Debbie, Ann and Tom made the whole process of purchasing a property so much better. They gave loads of advise and support throughout the process especially when a few rough patches were hit. Would defintiely recommend buying your home through DM & Co and will be using them in the future if we come to sell!

GoogleHorrible service. The lady was very rude to me and refused to show me other houses to rent, she only wanted to do a viewing for the most expensive one, even after I told her I'm low on money. Never again.
We were very sorry to read your review this morning. The Lady concerned left our offices 3 years ago and if her conduct was below what was expected, we apologise most sincerely for this. Very happy with the service we received from DM for both our sale and purchase. Once we had decided to sell, we knew DM were the agents for us - being closely situated to Shirley and having that detailed local knowledge. Our brief for our new home was specific to say the least, as we had to remain within 3 school boundaries. Not only did DMsell our house without a hitch they helped us to find our future home also. Ann was fantastic with the sale and purchase of our old and new homes, with Debbie diligently chasing the process to ensure it was joined up. The experience was so smooth we were sat waiting for it to go bad - it didn’t. Thank you for your help DM would definitely recommend! Preparing for our return to the UK after nearly 20 years overseas we wanted to sell our former family home before moving back.As our tenants weren’t to depart until July 1st we knew, especially with such turbulence around Brexit, that we needed someone we could trust to work for us and understand the difficulties posed by us not being present. Realistic pricing was key and here we had a frank and very informative call with Craig and we were very comfortable with the advice offered which we followed. A few days before our Tenant moved out Ann advised that she had a family who she knew would be interested and that the “chain” would be very short.Sounding promising, Ann accompanied the prospective buyers around even as our tenants were leaving and the deal was agreed there and then.Less than two months later all Contracts are signed.Perfect. Couldn’t have been better and the hassle of managing an empty property from Overseas over.Ann was “above and beyond “ keeping an eye on the property and nothing was too much trouble and I couldn’t recommend her more highly.Again having regular feedback was so important and here Debbie was so professional. Thank you very much.Having imagined all the things that were likely to happen when selling we are pinching ourselves how seamlessly everything worked.So DM & Co thanks a million, you deserve all the success that will come your way.Finally here’s hoping that the family moving in are so happy in their new home.

Extremely happy with the professional service received from all at DM, especially both Debbie and Anne who assisted me along the way in purchasing our house. They were very calm and supportive, as well as assisting in moving the process along, which, with house moving is always stressful at times.I would always recommend DM to anyone looking to move house, and if ever we move again, we would have no hesitation in using them.

DM&Co helped me sell my house and buy a house within the span of just 3 months (both selling and buying). Ann Wood, Debbie and Craig at DM&Co were amazing and they dealt the whole transaction wonderfully. They gave the same professional experience while dealing with me as a seller as well as a buyer throughout the process. What is magical about their service was, they know the art of this business, customer’s sentiments and sensitivities and they ensure the business is done with care and compassion rather than just as transaction!! Craig first did an excellent free assessment of my property and gave right advise and kept a highly professional but friendly relationship and waited for right time of the market. I was fascinated buy the way Craig, Ann and Debbie listened and understood every details of the property I wanted to sell and the type of property I wanted to buy. When I did engage DM&Co for selling my property and buying a property advertised by DM&Co, Ann and Debbie moved things very quickly and ensured everything I requested was taken care including minor details. They kept me informed almost everyday and other parties involved in the chain. Proactively resolved number of queries on both sides and truly been trusted advisers all the way through.I cannot thank Ann, Debbie and Craig enough for their amazing service. I could not recommend DM&Co enough! We had a bad experience with two previous estate agents and were just about to completely give up before finding DM&Co. Within one hour of them putting our house up, we had a viewing booked in for the next day. They have been amazing with feedback and contacting us which is where other estate agents were lacking. Totally and utterly overwhelmed with the professionalism of the DM&Co team. Would I recommend and I would use them again, without question "YES".... I must admit my expectations of any Estate Agent was never going to be high. But in following reviews I must admit my error in judgement was proven wrong, expectations were more than exceeded.The whole process was driven by the DM& Co team. They took ownership of the sale, all the viewings, liaison with purchaser removing that headache in its entirety during such a stressful time.There service in terms of the literature, the generation of interest in property and eagerness to please was inspiring and I feel others could learn from their standards which is remarkably high. Well done and thank you. I only ever do reviews where I see excellence and here is excellence.

Fantastic company not like other agents that we have tried. The girls in Solihull branch were absolutely great. We had a daily report of the viewings and once sold a weekly update. They even phoned the solicitors and reported back where we were in respect of the other buyers in the chain. Our first move in 34 years and they made it so simple. We have sold our house through DM&Co recently and cannot fault the service. We were on with another agent and very disappointed with the service we received. The difference with DM&Co was amazing. We were kept informed of progress at all times. The staff we met and had dealings with were all very professional but particular mention and thanks to Ann for all she did.

Should you choose this letting agents here are a few things you can expect as routine:1) Lying about the status of properties on the market and deliberately misleading all parties on the status of such properties.2) Arranging appointments to view properties that they don't even turn up to meet you at.3) Cocky, arrogant and sarcastic customer service. They really do not care AT ALL!Literally the worst letting agent you could ever choose to instruct. As you can see from the other reviews, dishonesty, incompetence and terrible staff attitudes are a feature. There is a reason for that. Be warned.

If there was a minus it would be -5.... throughout our tenancy of 6 years over paying by £250 per month as the property was supposed to be ‘managed’ haha 😆 we have now moved out and lo and behold are going to have to instruct solicitors to recover our deposit. They claimed we have made ‘modifications ‘ and want to recover the cost to remove (a herb garden - which we left, a shoe store in a cupboard that is useless it won’t even store a vaccum)... they left us without working toilets for 3 months at a time on 2 separate occasions and are sloooooowwww to react to any of our requests for maintenance. Where is our protection as tenants... ? We professionally cleaned the house ‘top to bottom’ and still they find fault when the property was FILTHY on our arrival (we have photographic evidence) !! We moved from Camberley to Harrogate and they made our removals men wait (in our opinion on purpose) so that we were pressured to sign all these pages of documentation on the morning we were moving in... sound good? They are liars and cheats... we played fair they DON’T... be prepared to fight on ... we will.. see you in court it’s gonna cost you..........

They say selling a house is one of the more stressful events in your life. The team at DM & Co made everything very easy handling everything from viewings and the interaction with buyers' solicitors through to advice on pricing - they even arranged for tradesmen to provide servicing of certain appliances where the buyer required. Ann and Debbie in particular were highly efficient and highly knowledgeable facilitating a very satisfactory sale in the absolute minimum of time with very little input required by myself.
