We drove over 250 miles to view a house listed for let @ £900. We said we like it and were happy to proceed, after all similar properties down south cost £1000 a month….We were absolutely shocked when they got back to us, offering us the house for £1000 because they knew we could afford it… we were aghast! I have never ever encountered such skullduggery and dishonesty…. Of course we declined… how can one deal with such a dishonest estate agent as these!

They contacted me as they said my current estate agent was not promoting my house to its best potential.I was promised a quality service with excellent communication but as it turned out they are worse than my current estate agent .I would avoid hunters as they are clearly having serious issues across the company.

I have been dealing with multiple agencies over the years, some good and some not really good. These guys are brilliant! There is an excellent balance of professionalism and friendliness with them. Their communication definitely exceeded my expectations, and I never needed to chase them up. They were happy to go above and beyond with a smile on their faces. 5 Stars!

Terrible. Was booked to view a flat near Holloway Road, viewing cancelled because they suddenly rented to someone over the phone who they sent a video to. Terrible agents, don't waste your time.

Great engagement throughout from initial valuation to sales lead and progression. Managed to balance encouragement and toughness to a buyer that was slow to exchange & complete after the accepted offer - buyer introduced numerous obstacles which created unnecessary delay. Excellent communications. Got there in the end.

Pathetic estate agency! The guy who is showing properties mixing up addresses and you end up viewing a different one. If you make an offer they show a very keen interest in person then no-one ever comes back to you. The property owners will never get to find out who made offers and they may just losing out on perfectly good tenants…!They do not even talk to each other within the office to relay interest.You get a bunch of promise, but that is all!Laura is useless!

Our experience with D and M has been superb. We viewed lots of properties with Kathy Griffiths and her team over a 2 year period. Kathy has been fantastic , very honest and most importantly patient with us! We found our lovely home and everything went smoothly. The advice and help that we received exceptional. I always felt comfortable and easy to talk to Kathy and over time we have become friends I would highly recommend their services for anyone looking to buy or sell in Solihull.

GoogleJust picked up our keys and we have had nothing but exceptional customer service, genuine care and support from these guys. After being rejected from multiple properties and letting agents outright refusing to consider us for properties due to one of us being self employed and the other having a poor credit file, the agents at DM&co, specifically Harvey and Kate, listened to what we needed and our situation in order to support us through the letting process. We picked up the keys to our new property today, a place we hope for a good few years to come. If you’re looking for an estate agent that care and have your best interests at heart, look no farther! Thank you DM&co for your time, dedication and positivity!

During a difficult market Ann Wood went above and beyond to help us secure a buyer for our property. It was a bumpy road and without Ann’s support and guidance it would not have reached completion! We cannot thank Ann enough for all of her help during this process! As soon as I spoke to Ann during an initial enquiry about a valuation I new DM&Co were the agent for us. Ann has a wealth of knowledge and experience and kept me sane throughout a stressful process! She is also extremely funny and lovely and you can really tell she cares about her clients. Outstanding customer service throughout! I Would not hesitate to recommend DM&Co!

We talked to a couple of agents when deciding who to appoint to sell my late mother’s home. DM in the shape of Kathy and Elaine, impressed. They were very sensitive to the fact that we were selling in emotional circumstances. They talked through a lot more ideas pre marketing to assess the best possible price. We were also kept well informed post viewings. The market moving against us meant that we needed to revisit the asking price but we still achieved a sale price above the initial asking price suggested by a competitor. Despite Elaine moving on Victoria picked up the file in a seamless way and with Kathy got the sale over the line in a firm and fair way to minimise any risk of last minute price chipping. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend DM&Co to anyone looking for a local agent.

We viewed and ultimately bought the house that we have recently moved into, that was marketed by DM & Co. From the first viewing Ann Wood was excellent. She really knows how to get the ball rolling. She kept on top of the solicitors as well as our estate agents. She kept us updated every step of the way and when we felt as if information was slow to get to us, Ann kept her cool, even when we were a little frazzled. She showed us one house and it’s the house we bought. Ann and is a real credit to this company. We called her more than our own estate agents. We know she works as part of a team, but to have someone who can follow through from start to finish is really appreciated as a customer. We moved on 1/2/2024. It was the right choice and we feel at home. Thank you.

Great service! Evie and the team persevered and dealt with every hurdle that was thrown at us with the sale of my apartment! They were able to generate lots of interest from the get go and would keep me updated throughout the process. A great job on a very tricky sale! Would highly recommend.
