I would completely recommend avoiding this agency, they are slow to respond, have no information ready at hand and this has possibly been the most annoying process of purchasing a property with them. There was a lot of missing information that I was not provided and they basically only know how to respond when they need something. You will call them and they say they'll get back to you and just disappear. Avoid if possible.

GoogleWe had a fantastic experience selling our home with DM & Co. in Solihull earlier this year. From the very beginning, they were incredibly professional and helpful. We initially contacted Dom through Instagram, and he promptly connected us with the perfect team for our needs. Evie, our dedicated agent, expertly guided us through the entire selling process. She managed everything from viewings to the final exchange and completion. Evie even went above and beyond by helping us resolve an issue with reclaiming rent from a previous tenant. She put us in touch with DM & Co.'s leasing team who were able to assist us. Overall, DM & Co. were highly professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone selling a property in Solihull.

GoogleI did research before choosing my estate agent. Personally I would recommend DM and Co. Chiara dealt with my property and she is a real asset to the company. Professional, efficient and reliable - exactly what you need when finding a suitable tenant. I was really impressed with the swift process and promptness to getting the right tenant (within 7 days from advertising to moving in!)

Just don't use this Estate Agent. And really don't use them to do an Inventory. They made so many errors we had to almost redo it ourselves. They missed the Fridge Freezer. Washing machine and Dishwasher in the Kitchen. They said there was a white wooden wardrobe in the bathroom, there isn't I could go on and on. I have asked for a refund but of course not heard anything!

Well what a turnaround. I live in a different area to my Dad and have heard nothing but stress over problems not being rectified with his rental property. I have recently been in touch with Julianne from the office and the communication has been amazing. Things getting sorted, if they can't be sorted - regular updates - and that's all you want so you are not left in the dark. Thank you Julianne - can't recommend you and your company enough now. You are a superstar. I am now looking forward to sleeping at night :-)

Appalling customer service from the stoke office and I'm not even one of their tenants, had the misfortune to be involved with a leak from one of their tenants, it took over 6 months to get to the repair stage which when done was really poor workmanship so I'm having to do it myself, the staff are unhelpful and don't care so if they treat third party tenants like that it must be really bad for their own tenants.

GoogleWe recently sold our current home and purchased our new one through DM & Co. From the moment Peter came to carry out the evaluation we knew they were the right choice for us. Peter gave us an honest and fair evaluation, and there was no huge sales pitch or hard sale (a huge plus for us) unlike their other competitors. Over the course of time we spoke to many members of the team, Alex, Evie and Victoria to name a few, everyone of them were always happy to help, if we were promised a call back, it always happened, nothing was ever too much trouble. However, Ann has to have a special mention for us, as she assisted on both the sale and purchase, and she worked tirelessly to get everything completed in a timely manner. The purchase of our new property wasn't without its issues, but Ann never let us lose hope that it would happen. She couldn't do enough for us, and went above and beyond, always being one step ahead. We can't thank her enough, she was amazing, always friendly but still maintaining a level of professionalism. Thank you DM & Co. we can't recommend you enough, and if we ever do decide to move again, we know where we'll be coming.

I am a landlord to a small studio in Leeds. Kirsten Airs agreed to drop their 12.5% plus VAT fees down to 10% including VAT, but then didn't do so. She has been avoiding my calls ever since, despite me threatening legal action and to raise a complaint with the ombudsmen. If you are a landlord, I would suggest you don't use this company.

To say we’re disappointed with the level of communication from the Horncastle Branch with Michael and Susan Noonan is an understatement and the level of service is a far cry from Michael's commitment to customer experience.Researching this branch shows multi-occasions that this activity has happened here.If you’re viewing a property with the intent to buy, don’t expect them to tell you if any other parties are interested. They’ll just pull it from under your feet along with any visions or excitement of a future you had in said house.Viewed a property two weeks ago, following the viewing we had a really positive conversation with Susan in the office expressing great interest, no more than a week later sold to another buyer with no communication. It would have been professional and courteous to reach out to the buyer but more so to the seller, as I’m certain they would like to have known of other interest. Susan and Michael took away any opportunity or chance to put in any offers, resulting in many wasted hours.I wouldn’t usually leave a review; but the tone in which Susan delivered the news was blunt, lacked any sort of empathy and very closed, to date I am still waiting for a reply to my email which I can only assume has been ignored.We will steer clear of this company for future sales and purchases, knowing that their priority doesn’t appear to be with either buyer or seller.Happy to receive a call or email to discuss our experience with you.

Awful. Incredibly disorganised. Would establish inspections and never turn up, would constantly email about overdue rent that wasn't overdue. Would pass the blame constantly. Attempted to raise my rent by a "reasonable" £200 a month six months into my tenancy which can only happen every 12 months and cannot be more than the CPI price index; they failed on both counts. Renting is honestly awful, and these clowns pray upon the anxiety of insecurity to get what they want.I have bought a house now, I wish all renters the luck to buy their own homes one day so we never have to deal with letting agents like these ever again.

GoogleAgent would not arrange even one viewing of a property because we were not SSTC nor cash buyers. They suggested we contact them once our property is sold...sure, we're going to sell our home before we even view a property which we might or might not like! Vendors aren't even being notified about potential buyers. What a joke!
