TrustpilotIf you don't succeed at first try, try again!
The sale of our house was a three year project with more downs than up but through it all Matt at the Dorridge office remained positive, proactive and a calming influence. After one disappointment too many we took our house off the market in spring 2023 but Matt was always in the background saying that he was ready should we decide to try again. That actually happened in February this year when we had an offer on a property accepted but in the knowledge completion would take around six months due to probate. Matt found a buyer for us and managed to keep all parties happy until completion. We are extremely grateful to him and have no hesitation in recommending him and DM&Co.

Absolutely the worst estate agents , I booked a flat viewing at 4:45pm on Friday evening , I was left a voice message in the morning asking if I couldn’t attend please let them know, I was attending so not necessary, I drove for 50 mins in rush hour traffic and got to the property about 4:47 pm 2 mins late, on the travel over I phoned up the company 4 times leaving messages saying I will be slightly late no answer, when I go to the property the agent wasn’t there , no phone call to my mobile at any point, I knocked on the door and the owners were there very surprised to see me 🤔🤔 I said hi I have a viewing which they replied oh we didn’t know and there has been no agent there today waiting for me, it was very awkward looking around and then I left, the whole situation was a joke how DARE YOU treat potential renters/buyers that way not even turning up and even letting the owners know, waste of my travel time and petrol money , email the agents and they replied back there was someone there but because u was 2 min late they left as there to busy to wait, CROCK of S**t no one was there confirmed bye the owners, I really hope your company goes bust and u all lose your jobs , I should of look at the reviews on here before contacting your agency as there shocking and the worst Iv ever see. For a company Shameful Sharon mcevoy rude lady stay clear

She was nothing but helpful and cooperative in making our move as swift and as easy as possible. She went out of her way to ensure our process was smooth and met our expectations with professionalism and compassion. I would 100% recommend DM & Co Homes if the business is lucky enough to have staff like Chiara.

Staff were nothing but rude during the process of trying to arrange a viewing. The viewing was late and the lady on the phone claimed multiple people were inside already viewing and that I was late (this was not true) 2 people emerged. Bad attitude and no professionalism

Amazing amazing amazing from start to finish! The best estate agents in solihull and I should know as I've dealt with a few.Ann was absolutely fantastic with all of it. I couldn't have asked for anything more from her and her team. I fully recommend DM&CO. Right from the start when Lisa came out to my property and talked things through with me to the photographer whose photos were amazing and then Ann looking after me all the way through right to the very end! Well done DM&CO. You're the best!!!!

Appalling group of folks! This group has no idea what they are doing. we worked with Selina and she was absolutely clueless and brought wrong/unverified information to the table. If I were looking to rent, I would be running as far as possible from this agency or owners they work with! if there were minus points that is what I would give them for ripping a kid off!

Would even put this into minus stars if I could. The most awful company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Very good in getting you in at first however soon as they have their commission from you they don’t care about you. To start we had to push back as we had agreed a move in date paid for moving van. Kye who was our wonderful (not) estate agent thought it was acceptable to give us a call at 16:00 the day before to say we can’t move in this date. Extractor fan was broke in the property was promised this will be fixed at the start of our tenancy. They decided to send someone to fix this in our last 2 weeks of our agreement. The state of the flat when we moved in was beyond a joke grime on the kitchen top bathroom smelt disgusting was dirty. Carpets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned since the flat had been built. Marks all over the walls and blinds. We’re not trying to be overcharged for a cleaning service when the flat was left in 10 times better condition it was left in. Horrible company who don’t care about you after they have their commission. Also abysmal customer service constantly have to chase them for things

I enquired about a flat for sale and arranged a viewing. As I would be travelling a distance the first question I asked was regarding pets. The agent said that he would get back to me . Two days later on the afternoon after 4pm I received notification of the forthcoming appointment which was confirmed. I hastily then booked a train ticket only having travelled around 4 hours just pulling up before the train station the agents called to say that pets weren’t allowed. I registered a complaint and am still awaiting a response. The cost of my train ticket was over £100.

Very unprofessional. The Estate Agent came across as very leery. Which for a women on her own is very concerning. What they don't tell you is that if you withdraw the property for any reason they will charge you withdrawal fee! They should be upfront about this! Not sneaky! Unprofessional would avoid!

DM & Co made the process of moving house as painless as it could be. I am very grateful to Peter, Ann, Evie and particularly Victoria who have worked tirelessly to make sure things were dealt with sensibly and quickly. They have been brilliant communicators and really took the initiative to get things moving when the chain looked like breaking down. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

This is the worst agent ever. All agents are known for their commitment and trustworthiness, but they lack honesty. Instead of truthfully stating the facts about the property, they always wrap things up or try to deceive the client. I had a very bad experience with this agent.

My experience with DM&Co has been amazing, I have been looked after by Victoria and Julie who have been extremely helpful and have always made time to answer/find out any answers to questions I’ve had. I’m the first time buyer so I have needed a lot of advice and help, both Julie And Victoria have been amazing, and it’s really easy to get in touch with the whole team at DM&Co.I’d recommend highly! I can honestly say that if it wasn’t for the phenomenal communication at DM&Co that I would’ve pulled out of my first home as my solicitors were so unhelpful.

Honestly the worst Estate Agents I've ever dealt with. I waited over 4 weeks for my keys after signing my contract, only to tell me the house isn't available, leaving me homeless. Poor communication skills. Had to move in with my family. Avoid, avoid, avoid. You'll end up wasting time and money dealing with these guys.

Great experience dealing with the agents from DM and Co. Part of the reason for initial enquiry was due to their reputation in the area and also award winning which made me think they might have that large company, non personal feel but I can say it was the opposite and the team were very professional with lots of knowledge but still provided a personal touch that gave me confidence to give them the property to market and the whole process has been great from start to finish.

After a few weeks of the house initially being on the market we changed estate agents to DM and Co. and are so pleased we did so. A big thank you to Ann for marketing and selling our mother’s house. Nothing was ever too much trouble, she always responded to our calls and queries expeditiously, sometimes out of hours. Ann always kept us informed and updated throughout the whole selling journey, as well as providing sensible and honest advice from the very outset. We certainly benefitted from her professional, passionate, and committed approach. Emma and the wider Shirley team were always on hand, they too were professional, diligent and friendly at all times, thank you. We have no hesitation in recommending DM and Co.
