We were delighted with the professional service received from the team at DM & Co, Cranmore. Peter has a wealth of experience, he gave us impartial, realistic and up to date advice in advance of putting our property on the market. Ann Wood, Emma Chance and the team including Amy and Victoria provided great communication and progression throughout the sale process, maintaining continuity within the team. As a result any queries were quickly resolved and everything was completed smoothly within very reasonable timescales. This provided reassurance during a difficult, stressful time for our family. GoogleAs a very fussy landlord, i wanted to partner my properties with someone who would take care of the property as i would. I am not a landlord that rents properties and just takes the money, i take care of the houses so i wanted an agent who also cared. I also live abroad so communication is key for me. I luckily chose D&M after meeting with Gabrielle who was great and personable. Most of my dealings have been with Chiara who has been patient and always understanding with me. I have a 12 month tenant and my mind is settled as Gabrielle has assured me of her personal attention to the inspections so i feel very comfortable. Really happy with D&M and look forward to moving my other properties to them.

From initial contact Ann worked tirelessly on helping us achieve the purchase of our “forever” home. We had a few hiccups with the sale of our previous home, but Ann’s regular contact with us and her client allowed that bit of extra time to finalise our own deal. The entire process from offer, offer accepted, exchange to complete took us just 8 weeks!Yes the chain was short, but Ann took onboard all parties desire to move as quickly as possible….and helped make it happen. We have been in our new home for just under a week, and we love it. We even had the pleasure of meeting the last owners, who explained they were previously on with a different agent, and wished they had used DM&Co from the start…..but hindsight is a wonderful thing. Ann, I will miss our chats. Thank you so so much, you are a credit to your team.

Victoria and Julie have been amazing all the way through the purchase. It has been painful but through no fault of their own. I must have totally frustrated them to the max but nothing was to much for them. Absolutely amazing and lovely people to deal with. If I ever sell the flat it will be with them. So unprofessional. Middlesbrough- Teesside Lettings branch cancelled my viewings on the same day just an hour before the appointment with a lame reason of not confirming it via an email when the appointments are usually confirmed by phones. Also no necessary information about the property was given a week ago while I booked the appointments but today after them sending me appointment cancellation emails. I had cancelled my plans for today as I had 2 appointments with them. Staff has no manners to talk to a client, the way of sending emails is so casual and informal. They offered me appointment for the next day when I specifically requested for an appointment for today itself a week ago. I just told them I don’t want to go ahead with such unprofessional company. Management needs some training so do the staff in dealing with the clients.

Exceptional service from Chiara and Gabrielle - so knowledgeable about the lettings procedure, friendly, efficient and professional. Maisy dealt with the management side for us and always goes out of her way to help resolve any issues and advise . What a fantastic team they all are. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

Perfect experience selling my late mom’s lovely bungalow through D&M. From the valuation and exceptional marketing to the expertise and professionalism of Ann’s handling of its quick sale at its asking price. The management and communication of the chain to a successful completion is where most agencies tend to fail from my experience, but Ann and her team gave me complete confidence they were up to date with the current situation and their communication was superb! DM & Co is a very pleasant company to deal with. Ann Wood, in particular, made the whole process of selling our house as smooth and as seamless as possible. From the first viewing to the date of completion took 12 weeks. Once the offer was accepted, it took 8 weeks to complete the sale which I think is impressive in the current climate. Ann is a good communicator and has a warm personality. She was always available to answer any queries. Peter and Victoria were helpful too. Thank DM & Co for helping us to sell our house. We received an excellent service.

GoogleWe had a fantastic experience when using DM&co for the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new home. Ann coorindated the whole sale for the chain and i couldn’t fault her efforts. She kept in regular contact with us advising us of any issues promptly and liaising with our buyer and seller to answer queries quickly to ensure the chain kept moving. She would even just call to advise there was no update. The fantastic communication took alot of the stress out of whole process and it also meant we was able to meet the proposed move dates. The sale of our house was also very smooth and Ann had sold our home before the for sale board went up! She was so efficient in ensuring our proposed buyer had all their funds and paperwork in place it meant the sale went smoothly despite delays with our solicitor! I would certainly recommend using DM& co as an agent and i am so grateful for Ann’s support in the sale and purchase of our home.

GoogleGreat experience renting a home from DM&Co (Shirley). The process was quick and easy and we moved into our new home within a week or so. Everyone we spoke to was really helpful and replied almost instantly to any queries we had. Evie showed us around the property and was really helpful, and then equally when Chiara took over to deal with the paperwork etc she too was very helpful. Would definitely recommend DM&Co, the process was seamless.

GoogleIn reaching the ultimate decision to appoint DM & Co to sell our home, we were persuaded by our initial positive encounter with the founder Dominic. However, our initial impressions and enthusiasm were more than a little dented by two particular aspects of how our transaction was handled. Firstly, the price at which we were initially advised to market our former home was approximately £90,000 over and above the price that was achieved and shortly after the initial efforts to market the property proved unsuccessful, it was suggested that we should reduce the asking price by £90,000 or thereabouts. We could not understand how the initial assessment could have so far off the final price. Secondly, having eventually agreed a price with an interested party, which the buyers then sought to renegotiate, we were not promptly advised of a key piece of information about the buyers’ funding, which we contend made a genuine difference to our stance in the negotiations. This resulted in us ultimately accepting a price £9,000 less than that originally agreed. We ultimately gained the impression that DM & Co’s actions were arguably more focussed on gaining the instruction and thereafter securing the sale and thus the commission due as opposed to enabling us to negotiate the best deal we could have achieved. This was very disappointing after the initially positive start to the relationship.

The team there (we used the office in Monkspath) where exceptional and a real credit to the company.They made the entire experience form application to move in day quick, painless and efficient.Special mention should be given to Chiara who was the agent we worked with. She was incredibly friendly and helpful and helped to make the whole process stress free.
